The job was actually started later than the original estimate, but that was due exclusively to the unusually rainy season (51 days of rain in the last 60 days). Guy and his "boys" arrived at 7 am. and got to work immediately. Removal of the old driveway was much more difficult than expected because of the age of the drive (two layers of asphalt) and also concrete, stone and debris from earlier foundations, but they did not increase the cost for this additional labor. They completed the demolition and poured the new driveway in one day, working straight through without even a lunch break. They were friendly, polite and did a quality job. We couldn't be happier with the results. We would have no problem recommending Campea & Sons to anyone looking for a professional job at a fair price.

The job went smooth & rapidly no time was waisted all workers {3) knew what to do & when to do it The job took 3 days to finish with work always being done. early to arrive late to leave.

The job was huge and had many minute details needed to be handled correctly. Mr. Campea was a Godsend in every way. I have had several experiences with contractors and almost all were good, but none can match this experience. Mr. Campea always answered his phone and phoned me several times so I could make decisions as issues arose. With any construction work, issues and surprises arise. His communication, recommendations and suggestions on how to handle these issues were based on his wide experience and his constant concern of getting the job done in the least expensive but correct way. The cost seems high, but the amount of work was considerable and I believe I got a great bargain and an excellent job. I would recommend Campea and Sons to anyone and hope to be able to work with them again.

With the weather turning cold, we had to be flexible. Guy kept in daily contact, keeping us informed of his schedule. The new driveway looks great. A very hard working family.

He was good and very punctual. He was not very expensive. He measured the project and gave me an estimate. He answered all my questions very well. He was very thorough.

Guy provided the estimate on the evening we called. He was the most responsive and best price of the 3 quotes we received. They squeezed our big job in earlier than expected to beat the wet weather. Guy, Aldo and Antonio worked hard and got the job done very efficiently. Guy also did some extra work, removing some bushes and an old basketball hoop, at no extra cost. They kept us informed, and made some good recommendations on how to improve the job. The driveway and stoop look great! Clean-up was very good. We'd be happy to have the Campeas do work for us again.

I can't recomend this company more highly, they were punctual and the work they did was excellent! When we signed up with them they said we would be starting the work in one month and almost to the day they were on the job.

The price the quoted me was $2200 for that work. They answered my questions and were on time.

The Campea's give the estimate on the spot as opposed to other companies which either didn't show at all or date expected; I had to call other companies back to get their estimate. Campea and Sons is persistant, they let us know they wanted our business; by the hard work we observed as they installed a neighbor's stamped concrete patio (starting at 6:30am for example) and the positive comments by these neighbors, we decided to proceed with this organization. Extremely punctual, gave us addresses of other jobs to look at to assist in our decision. In addition gave us the best estimate.

The old concrete was removed quickly and efficiently, The old concrete was over 50 years old and it was thick and when removed there was no sand or cinders under the concrete only mud. The old drive was slanted toward the garage (which made for a wet and messy garage when it rained) and the drain tiles were busted. In other words it was a mess but Guy and his two sons did a fantastic job of fixing the drain and a large section of broken tiles and graded the driveway toward the drain. The finish (float) and edging are excellent These guys are truly artists of their trade. They take great pride in their work and it shows. We have the best looking drive on our street.

The job took 2 days. One day they removed all the concrete. The next day they poured the concrete. Guy and his sons did a great job and worked very quickly and professionally.

They were very helpful about answering all of my questions, even though I didn't end up using them.

I had 6 estimates for this job starting around $6000 to 9500. Guy did an EXCEPTIONAL job. I originally wanted the job to start in the middle of July, but changed my mind and had the job completed in June. Guy was very accommodating to my request. He was able to do my job in between other jobs he had already scheduled.

They were very efficient and worked really hard. The work looks great. We have the best looking driveway in the neighborhood.
