They were great. They were hardworking and it was a great experience.

The start went well, but did have to weight two weeks before they poured the driveway, which I did not like, but they came and did a good job in the end.

Small basement leak after Sandy. They recommended to only waterproof the rear of the home. Dug to the foundation and waterproofed walls and replaced drain tiles.Ended up that the main issue was a broken storm drain from the gutter which was near foundation. This was replaced as well. Wrapped around an extra 4 feet around each back corner to insure all of the home's drain tiles could be cleaned and clear. No extra charge. Returrned promptly later to pour concrete where drive had to be cracked to complete the job. Outstanding cost and first rate job. Very small family company but did a first rate job. Have been in business many years. Highly recommend them to anyone!!

They came on time, had a good price, were nice and the driveway looks just as beautiful as it was when it was first put down.

I met with Guy for an estimate which he provided and I accepted it a few days later. The proposal was very competitive and matched with the great reviews on Angie's List I knew I had to accept it. Guy told me he would call me to update me when he could fit me in the schedule, but it would be within 3-4 weeks. They were able to fit me in a few weeks later over a Friday/Saturday. They called me Friday morning and asked if they could start later that day. They arrived at around 1pm and began immediately removing the existing driveway. Within four hours they had the driveway removed, regraded, formed, installed mesh and finally laid down plywood to limit the sub base disturbance. They came back the following day (Saturday) and started pouring at around 7:45am. They were complete and cleaned up by noon. Guy followed up with me a few times over the coming months to remind me to seal the driveway, which I did. So far so good!

I contracted Campea & Sons Construction Inc. for a quote on pouring a driveway. They reviewed the project with me and gave me some great ideas of how the driveway should be designed. They spent the time to ensure that the driveway contoured so that it flowed into the existing driveway pad. They are excellent at visualizing the job and making suggestion. This is a family team (Father & sons) that work very well together. They dug out the area, framed in the new driveway, laid the stones and began pouring the cement. Campea & Sons are very efficient as they work quickly. They completed the job in two (2) days. I asked for the work to be hand troweled and I wanted the edges and sections to be done with hand tools. I did not want the lines to be cut with a cement saw. Their work is perfect and has that old school look. In summary, I could not have got a nicer driveway. I have more cement work that needs to be done and without a doubt, I call them back again.

Guy came at his appointed time to give me an estimate on my driveway. He was very knowledgeable and made several suggestions that would allow for both better drainage and appearance of the driveway. He also took the time to drive me to three other jobs that he had done in neighboring areas. His estimated price was below the estimates of the other three companies I had in. He also spent a good 45 minutes at my home. The average time of other companies was 10-15 minutes. Guy followed up with a phone call three days later to see if there was anything else I needed from him before I made my decision. After we signed our contract, Campea and Sons actually came 3 days earlier than expected (they did call the night before). They removed the old driveway and sidewalk, set their forms and pour gravel all in one day. They arrived early the next morning, approximately 40 minutes before the first concrete truck arrived. They worked quickly to get the job poured and finished, taking approximately 4 hours. I don't believe any of the four men took even a short break on a rather warm day. Their work and the finished product is outstanding. They were professional, courteous, and friendly. I am extremely pleased with my new driveway and would recommend Campea and Sons for your home or business. Guy Campea knows concrete and the concrete business!

It went great. Everyone worked hard and explained everthing to us. Work was done quickly and to top standards.

Guy Campea and his sons are outstanding. The Campeas went above and beyond to add additional features without additional cost. Guy created a new step for our side garage door, added curved walkways and added additional concrete to widen our side walk. He takes pride in his work and cares about his customers. We felt like we were treated family. Guy Campea is the Best! Attention to detail is outstanding! We will recommend to others and will hire again. We like him and family very much during and after this experience.

These guys did a terrific job and at a very fair price, too. This is a hard-working trio that had the tree service and cement trucks well-coordinated to get the concrete down on a very timely basis. The finish swirl was done on hands and knees - no brooms used to brush the finish by this crew. I'm not an expert but I didn't detect any shortcuts whatsoever by this company in the work they performed. The finished product looks great, gets good reviews from the neighbors and I hope Guy lands some additional business in the neighborhood. Highly recommended this company be contacted when looking for a quote for new driveway.

Amazing job overall. The finished driveway was perfect. We received many compliments. The company is very knowledgable,respectful, and take pride in their work. 5 plus star experience all around. We received the quote in a timely matter. They showed up on time, did their job and made the home renovation very pleasant. They took the time to let us know how to care for the driveway. Provided the service of applying a sealant in fall but let us know how to save money and called my husband 4 mos later to remind him to apply it. Campea takes old school pride in their work and service. We highly recommend them. And thank them for an outstanding job

Great experience!. Guy and his sons did a fantastic job and applied a hand floated finish to the concrete, giving it a touch of elegance.(true old world craftsmanship). Not too many of those kind of contractors left!

This was a pleasant experience from start to finish. Guy responded very promptly to my original inquiry and came out that day (a Sunday) to estimate the job. He was very helpful with suggestions and clearly explained what the project would entail. Having gotten 4 other estimates from other contractors, his price was the best and so was his interaction with us. We signed a proposal that day. On the day of the job, Guy arrived on time and he and his sons got right to work and seemed to work straight through. We had a completed driveway by day's end with absolutely nothing to clean up. Guy was very thorough in educating us as to how to care for the drive until it's fully set and the importance of sealing it by fall. He and his sons were very polite & courteous and left us a beautiful driveway. Not only have we received several compliments from neighbors, we have already referred one to Guy. I would hire Campea & Sons again without hesitation.

they covered my yard with plywood where they were working. no damage what soever to my yard. they came to the job when they said , did the work they said ,and charged the price we agreed on. totally happy with the outcome of the job.

They did a great job and anyone needing any type of concrete work should contact them. They show up on time and explain how the project will be completed. They were done in two days including removing the old concrete, hauling it away, pouring the new driveway, and cleaning up. This is an excellent family run business.

I paid about $12000 and it was for the waterproofing and the sidewalk. Everything about them was good. I liked that it was a father and his sons and they do really good work. They were really fast and they worked it out. I am going to use them in the spring.

They were great. Even though some of the project was perfumed outside, they were able to complete the entire project in one day and were very professional and prompt. They arrived around 7am and work until the sun went down.

The company is owned and operated by a father and son. They did the job in one day. It was done fast and efficient. They did excellent work. I definitely would use them again in the future.

You can't go wrong with this company.They offer a good price ,quality workmanship and SPEED. Guy said he could do the job in a day and I was skeptical at first.Guy and sons showed up at 3:00 PM on a thursday after finishing a job somewhere else. I wondered what could they possibly accomplish so late in the afternoon?!I quickly found out.They have alot of heavy duty equipment and my driveway was out and in a truck within a half an hour.Guy and sons are really adept at operating their equipment. By 7:00 p.m. driveway was dugout ,leveled, formed,filled with stone and ready for pouring.(because my soil held a lot of moisture,guy added 7 tons of extra gravel at his cost) Friday came and they showed up at around 11:00 and finished prepping for 12:00 delivery of concrete. The cement truck came over an hour late and Guy was rightfully upset because they were all ready to go by noon,and as we all know,time is money. Truck finally arrived and job was finished in short order. Guy has been doing concrete work for over 30 years and knows his trade well.His sons and himself are extremely hard workers.You won't be disappointed with this company.Highly recommended.

From the original visit to the completion, I was very pleased with their expertise, efficiency and quality. The replacement of the driveway was delayed due to the weather, the wait was worth it.

When they uncovered the old drain it was discovered that it went off into the yard somewhere and not to the sewer next to the driveway. Guy Campea said the sewer was too low to allow a new drain to work properly, so he suggested pitching the driveway higher at one end to cause rain to drain toward the sewer on the opposite side, so the job was done without any drain tiles. The night after the driveway was completed, it rained and rained, and the driveway drained perfectly, just like he said it would. They were terrific, friendly hard-working guys and they completed the job fast and left no mess.
