Description of Work: HE WAS CALLED AND PROMISED TO SERVICE MY HOUSE FOR FIELD MICE hE SAID ON THE PHONE HE WOULD GO UP INTO THE CRAWLS SPACE (WHICH i HAD TWO) BECAUSE MICE OFTEN HAVE NEEST UP THERE also lied on the phone telling me he was the most reasonable in charges (not true I checked with other companies later) when he came to the house he said he would not go into the crawl spaces said it was not necessary. He then set 3 box traps down the basement and then charged me $150.00 Since I live alone I had no chocie but to pay him He intimated me into paying him I WILL NEVER CALL HIM AGAIN NOR WILL I TELL OTHERS he is a cheat and a liar

+ -1 moreHe has come out here before for a problem we had a couple of times. He used to come out and take care of it. He have to leave it go for a day or two until they are all gone. He is very effective. They are very friendly. We always had him, I mean nobody else comes out but it's just him. There was one time he came out near the family room window and put his gear on, sprayed it in there and took care of it. Couple of days later I saw no moth. We also have pets so he is very careful and good about that to, he is pet safe. He will call to let us know when it's time to come out again. He is very good at scheduling and he is usually here from spring to fall.
Description of Work: I used Bug Man Inc end of March. They come out for a regular spraying inside and outside like every month or a month and a half.
