+ -1 moreThe owner, Phil Durachinsky, is a nice guy and does a good job. He generally charges about $30 a cut when mowing. He is an extremely personable guy who is very conscientious. We have a half-acre multi-level lot that is difficult to mow. It is a good value for the money. He does a lot of the mowing on a riding mower. We have used him for a number of years when we have been out of town or when it has been too wet for me to mow. He also is very good on his trimming afterwards. We have a lot of edged beds and things that he does. He just lives around the corner from us so that works. He does a couple of yards in our neighborhood. It usually takes about an hour to an hour-and-a-half for him to do the lawn work. He stays pretty much on top of the lawn and gets it done when it needs it. I like him a lot.
Description of Work: I use Brookwood Services for lawn and yard work in the summer and snow plowing in the winter. He mowed our lawn this past summer.
