Very unprofessional on the phone Mike did not return my call until 24 hours later said he was going to beat my other price quotes when he did not did not listen to my needs of what needed done to my house did not listen well on the phone to what I wanted done to give the proper estimate very rude person in general!!

I fully expected that my roof needed much more extensive and immediate repair than this contractor recommended and completed. He evaluated my problem, explained why and where my roof was leaking and told me he could make repairs for much less than i thought. He made the repairs the following day and estimated they would last a couple of years before I would need to replace the entire roof. I was very happy to put off such an expense. All Weather Roofing also gave me a very good estimate for replacement of my entire roof for when the time comes that I have to do that. All in all this contractor was very professional. He even sent his son back the day after the repairs to make sure all was well and to check on the repair. I will use him again.

Mike was able to come out and do the roof inspection on very short notice and did not even charge me for it. Our roof needs to be replaced soon and we will definetly be considering All Weather Roofing & Siding for the job in the spring. Thank you for your quick response and honest opinion.

The guys were very respectful and quite quick with fixing the small piece of siding.

I called Mike about a roof above a balcony/kitchen with a minor leak. He came out the next day and determined the source of the leak. Some nails had popped through the shingle which in turn caused leakage in my kitchen. He caulked the holes and recommended contacting the company who installed the roofing since it is brand new and less than 90 days old and said that a new shingle would 100% solve the problem. Talk about a 100% honest guy. He said the roof looks great and did not charge me a single penny for his time. I am still in shock that there are good people who are genuine and Mike is one stand up guy who really has excellent customer service and is honest and thorough. Thanks so much for prompt service and for doing it free of charge. I would have no hesitation recommending Mike to anyone and everyone and should I ever need a repair done in the future I know who to call. Thanks again.

I called for an estimate and they were able to come out the same day and get it written up for me. It was an original garage roof with only one layer of shingles on it, but they were in pretty bad shape. It had been 30 years of sitting under a huge tree and growing moss and sticks on it. Mike was pretty straightforward about it, he explained why the tear off was the best plan here. The shingles were too warped to support another layer of shingles, so we couldn't reshingle it. But the estimate he gave me was extremely reasonable - all other estimates were more, some estimates were more just for a reshingle, which is a clearly inferior option, even if the shingles weren't as bad as they were. Mike was always in communication with me, and I never had trouble getting a hold of him. The crew cleaned up very well, I didn't see any stray nails or anything (which is good because I have two young daughters who are known to eat things they find lying on the ground). I found one small issue with the work, called him about it, and he came back personally to get it fixed and was happy to do so. Otherwise the work was great, and it was a pleasure to work with them.

I asked for an estimate via their website and got a call from Mike that evening (a Sunday!). He stopped out on the following Tuesday to measure and drop off samples. He left the estimate the following day. His pricing is very competitive (30% less than a previous bid we had received). Even though this is a busy time of year he was able to fit us in within two weeks of signing the agreement. The work crews were courteous and thorough. They cleaned up after themselves and got the old roof off, and the new one on in two and 1/2 days (we have a LARGE roof, too). The finished job looks beautiful! *side note - Mike noticed a cracked and brittle rubber seal on our vent stack.He made atrip out before starting the job and placed a temporary replacement over the existing one until they could get to our job. THAT'S service!

Obtained 25% off coupon from Angie's list. Owner/Mike came to house and quoted 'roof tune up' and $398 cost on the spot. He didn't mention anything about the discount. On the order / invoice there's a line that said: "_______ discounts" where he wrote in 'All.' This was never discussed and I only noticed this after the work was performed. Think of it this way: $398 / (1 - 25% discount) = $530.67. So that's his 'usual price?' Seems pretty weird to me...why so specific and not $499 or something similar. When I asked him after the billing/payment issue arose what his normal price was for that work, he didn't have an answer and just said 'It included all discounts." Completely dishonest advertising. He's just using Angie's List and these coupons to get leads and then make pricing up on the spot. He's not providing any discount. I believe the $398 is his normal price and he had his invoice written in a way to try to escape liability/responsibility. For me, there's ~$100 difference here. Glad it wasn't a bigger job. Not the biggest thing in the world. But his dishonesty and unprofessionalism is intolerable. Would never use this business.

Sales contact was supposed to arrive at 12:00 P.M. At 1:15 P.M. sales contact calls and says they will be late. By this time I had already signed a sales agreement with Jilek Roofing Inc and Rep Tom Laba was just pulling out of my driveway. The all weather associate immediately ended the conversation when I told him of this. Based on the reviews I'm sure the company is a good one to go with, but they sure weren't motivated to get my business.

Wonderful, he came out and was able to take a look at the roof and find the areas where we needed repair. He was able to repair those spots and replaced it with the original color shingles and it bought us a few more years before having to replace the entire roof. He was very honest, and I would definitely use him again.

I called several roofing companies about replacing the power roof ventilator on my house and Mike from All weather roofing called me back the very next day. None of the other roofing companies I called even bothered to call me back. He was courteous on the phone and sent his son out to give me a price. I called him back and accepted his proposal. He was able to get me in the next day and the crew he sent out performed the work. They installed the new ventilator without any issues and noticed a few minor issues on my roof and addressed those as well. Would definitely consider using him in the future if the need arises.

I called to set up an appointment to have a new boot put around a vent pipe which we needed because we had a small leak in the ceiling of a bedroom. Mike, the owner, came over to see what we needed done. He called his workers and Mike and Tim came within two hours! They were great...both in personality, both were very polite, and in skill. We have a two story very high roof house but that was not a problem for them. They scaled the roof and rebooted the pipe, and this was on a Saturday!! We were very happy and well satisfied with the job, the company and the personnel. I highly recommend them to anyone needing roofing or siding. I would not hesitate to use them again. After a recent storm, I had the insurance company come and give an appraisal of the roof. They explained the rubber on the pipe flashing had deteriorated. I called several people on Angie list they quoted me higher rates, and longer wait to get ti repaired. Mike was polite, explained he was doing another job, that he usually carried the pieces on his truck. His son came, on time, he was polite, did the work efficiently, showed me the damaged pieces, as well as the quality of the new pieces. I was very pleased with the service and will defiantly recommend and use them again.

This morning I emailed All Weather Roofing from the Angie's List site explaining that I thought we had a leak in the roof. I said we would like an inspection and probably an estimate to install a new roof. I hadn't heard from anyone by 1:30 (business hours begin at noon) so I called and left a message with a pleasant young woman with the answering service to have someone call to make an appointment to inspect our roof. At about 5:00 Mike called and 40 minutes later he was on my roof looking for the problem. He found out what was wrong and made the repairs. He inspected my whole roof and did other minor repair work and caulking. He called it "a tune-up". He assured me that we did not need a new roof and that the roof would last about five more years before it needs replaced. We would highly recommend this company because it is headed by a person that operates with integrity, skill and kindness. We are hoping to market out home soon and will pass along information about All Weather Roofing and Mike to the new owners. Thanks so much, Mike. We appreciated your service and your kindness.

I had a new roof, only about 8 years old. A leak developed and I called the company which put on the roof. He returned my call and then promptly forgot about me.... I called All weather and was completely surprised he was willing to come out.. He went up on the roof and replaced a boot and sealed in a few places... Charged me a minimal charge for the service and problem was fixed. I would highly recommend. I think someone like this deserves the business.

How'd it go...It didn't go. Company lists a service, but doesn't actually do it.

He provided good advice and was looking out for the customer. We found a provider that could do both jobs, otherwise we would have used All Weather.

Mike, the owner of this business was as honest as can be. He viewed my roof and the problems I had then he suggested I let him repair just the damaged area instead of completing a much larger repair job like other contractors wanted to do. I am very happy with the results and I will definitely use this contractor in the future. It is good to find an honest business person who is willing to make a good repair for a fair price without trying to take advantage of the customer. I needed repair and sealing of two areas on my roof and All Weather Roofing completed the job on time for a very good price. I will recommend them to everyone I know.
