Description of Work: Followed up on a previous installation done 1 year earlier on a Top damper. Was not opening correctly, and Tony responded in a timely manner, and came and fixed it, and did not want to charge me, and accepted a minimal charge. Very happy with Tony.

 + 0 moreDescription of Work: Installed .032 alluminum plate at top of unused furnace flue. Rain water had been coming down the chimney. I called several Companies and due to the storm they were swamped. Tony,from Advance returned my call and said it was a small job and wouldn't take much time. He came out and installed the plate the next day. I couldn't ask for anything more. And he was very pleasant and professional.

Description of Work: New chimney brick, cement crown, and new cap. I am fussy and was impressed with neatness, color match, and cleanup. The owner was great and we confirmed work with a handshake in addition to estimate. Payment upon completion was super and no deposit was requested. :-)

Description of Work: The company gave me an estimate for a chimney rebuilding job. The price was good but I did not continue with this company because the language in the proposal was not acceptable to me. This conclusion was based on long term experience in contract language for construction type activities.
