DO NOT HIRE Accurate Builders and the owner Bill! Here is why: 1. Bill finds the cheapest and worst sub contractors then he adds his commission on top. He doesn't add any value to the project. 2. Bill hires people who smokes weed on the job and are drug dependent. Be very careful!!! 3. The worst quality of work I've ever seen in my life. He left me with gutters not working, leaking in multiple areas. The siding also very terrible job, no caulking, vinyl cut short that causes water leak and creates serious damage. 4. Bill doesn't manage the workers or the job. He shows up only when he needs money. 5. Bill wants to get paid before the job is done. He is so annoying to a point I paid him so he is completely out of the project. 6. When I asked him to come fix the gutters and the siding, he ignored me and left me hanging. 7. Very slow! He got down payment in June and finished the siding in September. With bad quality! Save yourself money, time, agony and DO NOT HIRE Accurate Builders. I hope you read this review before it is too late.

They were great. They did have an issue with the historical society, but they were able to put my windows in for me. They were very punctual, and their price was excellent considering what they had to go through. These windows were custom made. The job was done beautifully and neatly.
