+ -1 moreThe brothers who own the company are also involved in the home improvement projects. The men on the crew are actually employed by the company and are not just contract laborers. Some of the men have been employed with the company for many years. I believe the low turnover in employees speaks well of the company. The crew worked well together. They were all very polite and helpful if we had any questions. The job site was cleaned up each day before the crew left. Before we contracted this job, I spoke to another home owner who was having work done by Landmark. He recommended them highly and in fact said this was the third project he had hired them to do. I would contract with Landmark Home Improvement again for any type of project. We are very happy with the quality of work they did. We would recommend them to any one for any project, whether interior or exterior.
Description of Work: Landmark Home Improvement sided our two story house, replaced 4 windows and added composite trim around all 19 of our windows.

+ -1 moreThe provider had a problem getting the vinyl soffit on N. end of house to lay flat. However, he worked with it until it was installed correctly. I am satisfied with the work that was done. It looks very nice. The work was done in Galion, OH 44833, NOT Blooming Grove, OH.
Description of Work: Installed Invisivent vinyl soffit - capped all fascia boards - installed 5" seamless gutters w/ premium aluminum gutter guards-leaf exterminator - capped octagon window.

Description of Work: Roofing replaced - home and storage building, new gutters - including leaf guard, new downspouts with rain barrel, home siding replaced, fascia replaced, shutters replaced, fence replaced, porch repaired, cupola installed, doors installed and various painting and trim added.
