It went wonderfully. The owner couldn't have been nicer, and everyone complemented the way the trees and lawns looked afterward.

They cleaned up all the debris. They were prompt, courteous, they called before they would come and showed up when they said they would. They were very thorough and I would use them again.

They were a little slow at getting out to my place, but they were upfront and told me that they were behind. But once they got out there, they did the job well. They do not accept credit cards, only cash or check. I will use this company again in the future.

Estimate was prompt and clearly written. Due to the time of year (summer), took a couple of weeks to get in the schedule. Showed up when promised and performed the removal, including clean up, in a couple of hours. They worked out a good deal for both ourselves and our neighbors since we both had trees to remove. Great work overall!

I called for a quote and the company came out the next day. The owner stated that it would be two - three weeks before the service could be performed. The son of the owner and the rest of the crew were in and out within an hour. They had a system in place that was very efficient and methodical. As two men cut down the trees, the rest of the crew was hauling the branches to the chippper and another was cleaning up. Once the trees were cut, they again cleaned up the yard, drive and street. I am very impressed!!

They were wonderful. After they were done, all I could see was missing trees and nothing was left in the yard. They cleaned up after themselves like they were never there.

They had a whole crew working on it and they did a good job. They came on time. They cleaned up after themselves. I have used them before and if I needed I will use them again.

They were excellent. They were very business like and made sure to clean up everything when they were finished. If it were not for the large holes left behind, it was hard to tell that they even came out. They did a very good job and have a very good price. The only concern that I had with them was that I called for the estimate in October of last year and it took until April for them to come out. When I called to check up about the work they came right out the next week. I was a little bit surprised at how long it took for them to respond however.

He was very considerate when his equipment broke. When he was able to work, he came out right away and did the job well. He was very personable and his customer service was the best. I will call on them again.

I had a family emergency and I had to leave two teenagers at home. Wilson's Tree Service still did the work and did exactly what they said they would do. They didn't try to do "nothing" just because the kids were there. It was amazing that everything was done the way it was supposed to be and cleaned up when I got home. It was very kind of them to do it even though it is their job. I would absolutely use this company in the future.

Wilson's removed trees and branches as requested - cleaned up very well. The problem occurred when Wison's didn't remove all of the surface root system of the pine tree. I called the owner several times before he finally returned my call. I was referred to another tree company who wanted to charge me additional money to remove the roots.

They were very friendly. They were very prompt. They came when they said they were going to and their price was very reasonable. They cleaned up extremely well after themselves.

They came in, did it, had no problems.

They did a great job and even went above and beyond by trimming an additional tree at no charge.

Bill Wilson thought that he would have the trees taken down around the middle or end of November, but they got here around the middle of December. They got here on time, did the work at the exact estimate, were courteous and efficient. More so, however, they blew my mind with how precisely they could take down two such large trees close to a home and clean up so well. If we hadn't had the blizzard the day before, I would have barely been able to tell they took the trees down, but the snow showed the wood chips.

Overall it went pretty well. The yard was cleaned up nicely afterward. My only complaint is that there was a second tree next to the one that had to come down that they removed that as well which we didn't expect and didn't want to happen. This could be lack of communication because they came for the quote and did the actual work while we were not at home. We never talked to them face to face.

Bill was a godsend in a bad situation. We needed work done quickly at a reasonable rate, and hated to lose the tress at all. We had conflicting information on the trees' conditions and had to 'fire' the first company that came. Bill called me back the same day I left a message, and arrived the next day to do an estimate (over a long holiday weekend no less). He agreed to help us meet a tight construction deadline. We thought we might lose both trees, but Bill was able to trim the one into a nice shape, and remove any dangerous limbs. He put boards down everywhere and did no damage to our property or neighbors on either side. Left everything very clean. The large crew was polite and efficient. They completed the job in 8 hours. When Bill came to do the estimate, he made us aware of all preparation and expectations. The neighbors had to remove a fence panel temporarily and we lost a lilac near the tree stump. No other estimators mentioned these issues or warned us.

Overall from start to finish. When I originally called, the office told me they were so swamped that they were only doing tree removal. At this time, I did not know if the damaged trees I had needed removed or what and stated I needed them looked at. I was doubtful I would be fit in to their schedule as it seemed like they were too busy and only doing big jobs but left my name and number any way. It was a pleasant surprise to see Bill Wilson several days later in my yard quoting my job and looking at the "to do" list I had left him. I have used Wilson tree once in the past and have tried to use them for many more jobs since-but they all required specific equipment that few tree companies had and he could not do. He always recommended someone to help me in those instances. He said when he saw my name this time at the office he recognized it and took it on as I was a returning customer in spite of his busy schedule. As usual, they did a great job in their work and no messes or surprises

Great experience. Prompt and efficient estimate but certainly not rushed. Took time to evaluate all the trees in my yard. Gave very informed and educated advice on tree age, health, and maintenance. They helped me decide what needed to be taken care of from a safety and efficiency standpoint (i.e. as long as they're there and set up, it's cheaper to take care of what you need so you don't have to call them back next year). On the day the work was to be performed, they got to work quickly but clearly took their time when needed to make sure the job was done right and safely. After they left an area of the yard and I noticed a limb was missed, they moved the bucket back in to take care of the limb without any hard time (I wasn't expecting them to be happy, but they were nice & handled it in an exceptionally professional manner). They left the yard cleaner than they found it, blowing every surface clear. The whole thing was an easy experience; I would definitely use them again.

Wilson Tree promptly returned my call for tree service, and came out to give me an estimate within 3 days. They were running about 3 - 4 weeks out on getting to our property because they were busy. Their reputation and price were the reason that we waited for them to do the work. I was extremely glad that we did because I could not have been happier with the job that they did. They took down 2 very tall pine trees, about a dozen small trees, and numerous large bushes. They also trimmed 3 large oak trees. They worked quickly and efficiently. They cleaned up my yard and both neighbors' yards when they were done. There were no sticks, leaves, or debris left anywhere. The men on the crew were polite and professional. They made every effort to insure that I was happy with their work. They also did some additional work while they were there, and the price increase was very fair. I would definitely have Wilson Tree back to do any tree work in the future.

Has a patience about things. He was very personable. The pricing was reasonable. Excellent job. I would recommend him in the future.

They were competitively priced and did great work. In and out in one day, and the yard was very clean when they were finished (no wood chips all over). Nice folks to deal with. The only down side was trying to pin them down to a day to come out, it took a couple of weeks, but I think that was because we had the work done in the late spring, and they were just really booked.

Bill Wilson is the greatest and his team is amazing. They're hard-working professionals and are extremely careful about your property and the surrounding areas. Bill's prices are the best around and he's in demand. For non-emergency trimming and tree removal, you may have to wait a bit, but the cost savings and results are well worth it.

Bill came out for an estimate with in 2 days of may call. He called me at work while at the site to say that what was needed for the job was a certain size self propelled stump grinder, of which he did not have. He offered some suggestions of companies to call that might have this as it is a bit rare and gave me advice on what specifically to tell them equipment-wise they needed to do the job so that I could find someone. Bill is very professional, honest, and knowledgeable. I try to use him whenever I can.
