ALL WENT VERY WELL - PLAN TO USE THEM AGAIN, AS NECESSARY.

He quoted us 3-4 weeks lead time, weather permitting. At 7 weeks, we called twice for an update. He left us a message & came out the following week to review the work to be done. Two days later he & his crew arrived. They removed 2 trees. They returned the next day to remove the 3rd tree, grind the stumps, & haul away the grindings. Each day he called ahead to let us know when he & his crew would be arriving & they arrived on time. Bill stayed onsite the entire time. They were very efficient & especially careful with the 2 trees overhanging the house. They performed all work as requested, stumps were ground beautifully, everything was raked clean & hauled away. We were very impressed with the EXCELLENT clean-up. We would highly recommend Bill & his crew, and will definitely use Wilson Tree Service again for any tree work.

They were excellent. They came and looked at it and then they came back and did it. They did a perfectly good job and cleaned up everything after they were done. They were fine and that is why I am having them out again this week.

Their pricing was very reasonable. I was just really happy with the job.

Wilson's Tree Service presented an estimate on 9/5/2011 to remove a dead tree. Beginning soon after that date, I left numerous messages with Wilsons answering service attempting to schedule the work. None of my calls have been responded to. I guess either Wilsons decided their estimate was too low, or they didn't need the business. If you are serious about having any tree service completed, I suggest you look at other service providers.

Bill was wonderful to work with. The pricing, service, and the cleanup were excellent. They were very informative with their estimate. We would have liked if it had not taken so long but they did do excellent service.

They were hired through the city because it was actually on the city property. My yard borders the park. They were very professional. They sized up the job and brought all the proper equipments. They were finished in a timely manner. They did a great job cleaning up. It was a good experience. I would use them again in the future if need be.

The work was not done for reasons stated above, but I would definitely consider this company in the future.

They limit themselves and typically don't come into the city of Cleveland. I actually had them but they wasn't appropriate for the job. I used them in the past they had a tree taken down but this was not something they couldn't help redo. I was not aware that they do lawn work they might. Its just that they have their own crane for large trees this was relatively a small job. They were recommended by somebody else who in fact that I ended up using. I have used them in the past and I found out to be very good. They own their own crane for tree removal and the second job was much more in the way of tree trimming. That turned out to be unnecessary having the whole tree taken down and ultimately it turned out not to be necessary. It is an extremely large tree and it would have been many many thousands of dollars. The second service was no problem and I don't have any problem with Wilson they just didn't think they were interested it was a small job. I thought that they came on time when they said they would it was hard getting them there and more of a function of its hard to schedule these things. They came and finished the job up quickly and cleaned up and prepared the ground and they had to put plywood sheeting all over the grass to spread out the wake of the crane. Mr. Wilson gives the quotes and I had to call and schedule it and they came at that particular time and they came with appropriate personnal and they are cost effective and efficient. In fact, I had actually used them much much earlier again for tree removal and it was the same price. I always wondered if that was Mr. Wilson had it in his mind as a set price for tree removal and the price was very good and I think that is a significant savings.

They came in, they got it done, they were very professional, they didn’t make a mess, and they didn’t ruin anything. They were very efficient.

I thought the job was well done over all. An employee was in tree hanging from rope cutting out limbs and putting onto crane hook then sawing into smaller size then put into shredder/chipper by someone else on ground , also truck was leaking fluid from underneath it, they also put down tarp to catch fluid , the stumps were also ground out. When finished they cleaned up entire work site , I would definitely use the company again. Excellent service and price. The 1 tree was about 2 feet in diameter the other was about 10 inches in diameter. Also, I am having other work done and they worked around my schedule. Work was completed.

Left a phone message requesting an estimate for grinding a stump. Bill Wilson soon provided a very reasonable estimate. Job was done as scheduled and I am totally satisfied with the cost and quality of work.

I placed inquiry calls to several companies. Wilson was the only one that was professional from start to finish. When I placed the call, a woman answered the phone in a professional manner and took all of the necessary information; what work I wanted done (tree removal, stump grinding and wood removal), my name and contact information. She told me to tie a string around the tree to designate which tree I wanted the work done to and said Mr. Wilson would be out withing the next few days to look at it and leave his written estimate in my mailbox. That is exactly what happened. His estimate was $700 plus tax. The other estimates I had received ranged from $600 to $1100 and did not always include the stump grinding. Some companies only gave me a verbal estimate and could not provide proof of insurance. When I asked Mr. Wilson for proof of insurance, it arrived in my mailbox within the next 48 hours. The only glitch (which did not amount to any consequence) was that he originally told me it might take him about 6 weeks to get to the tree. That was fine for me, however, within the next week he called me and said he would be on my street for another job and get mine the same day. The only problem was that I was on my way to Columbus when he called. I usually prefer to be home when work is done on my property. I called my husband at the office and we agreed to let the work be done without either of us being home. I was a little nervous about it but when I got home at the end of the day, the tree was gone, the stump was ground out and all the wood was gone. My yard was left in excellent condition. My neighbors even commented that Wilson asked them to move their vehicles from their driveway before his truck came between our properties as a precaution.They said he was very nice. I have already recommended him to a friend of mine for work she needs to have done in her yard. I would definitely hire him again.

Wilson is a very good company, very professional work. They cleaned up everything as if it was their own backyard and the price was very reasonable. I have recommended them to family members and they have used them.

The owner came quickly after my call, gave an estimate that was only slightly above the provider we actually used (around $2500), and described professionally how they would protect our lawn. Our decision was very close, as we felt Wilson's was more professional, but $250 more in price. In the end, our provider did a fine job, and I am confident Wilson's would have as well. On a side note, our third estimate was much higher, so I feel Wilson's is reasonably priced.

Overall, the job went fine. They are very professional. They know what they are doing. They were quick.

Wilson was one of three estimates I received, and their price was 50% of what the other two vendors quoted. They weren't able to get to my place for about a month and a half due to a backlog of other jobs and bad weather. They didn't do a great job of proactively communicating this to me, and I had to call a few times to get an update of when they would be there. They called me about a week ahead of time with a date and time, and showed up exactly when they told me they would be there. They did everything they said they would do, and their invoice was for the same amount that they quoted me. I wasn't really in a hurry, so the delay between choosing their quote and the job completion wasn't a big deal. For the price, I would absolutely use Wilson again.

I gave him short notice, and he came out and took down the large tree for me. The other company that I had to come out before knocked down the fence and left it down. Wilson's Tree Service put the fence back up for me and cleaned up everything. I could not even tell they were here. He was the lowest priced tree service that we had estimates for. We would definitely recommend them in the future.

The job was done in a timely fashion and the clean up was terrific. Both my husband and I were at work and when we got home, we were thrilled to see how nice a job the company did. Their price was very affordable and much better than some of the other estimates that we received. They did everything as promised and did it well. We did not meet Bill, the owner, but he was very pleasant when my husband talked to him on the phone. We would definitely use their service again. Overall, we give them an A.

I called for an estimate and was asked what city I lived in. The woman I spoke with told me the company does not service Elyria, OH even though it is adjacent to North Ridgeville, OH.

See above - company is responsive in that they tell potential customers up from they have a full plate of work.

Wilson was outstanding. They got out to us the same day that we called (which was important because we needed to get a tarp on the holes in the roof), worked quickly and safely, and were very professional and friendly. Great price and they cleaned up after themselves as well. I would use them again in a heartbeat. Thank you!!

Wilson Tree Service scheduled the job. Arrived on time. Cleared away all debris and ground stump as agreed.
