Description of Work: We had 3 large trees ( one Very Large ) cut down and stumps ground in our front yard. Mr Wilson was prompt, and the work was all done in one day, the yard was unscathed, and completely cleaned up when I returned home from work. As Wilson's is very busy, it did take some time for us to fall into his schedule, but it was well worth the wait. This was the second time we used this company, and will always call them first and highly recommend Wilson's Tree Service to everyone!

Description of Work: Removed very tall maple tree. Worked from 8 AM to 12:30 PM. Extremely careful and professional. Protected lawn and removed all debris, including stump grindings. Excellent quote. Will use again. Two neighbors also used them.

Description of Work: We had two trees removed (one was enormous)and stumps ground up. They ground up a few extra from overgrown shrubs that were not part of our original estimate. Their estimate was the least cost, and the work was completed about three months after the estimate was received.

Description of Work: Called in September of 2014. Wilson came out in a day and quoted a price for cutting down a large maple tree and major pruning of a large oak tree. We called to let them know we wanted to go with them. The owner then told me that they would not be out until Spring of 2015. Since this was not an emergency, I was OK with the delay. In March, Wilson called and said they would be out that day and we did not have to be home. When I arrived home after work, the maple was down and the area cleaned up and the oak was beautifully trimmed. Very happy with this company.

Description of Work: Gave us a quote and said he would be out to do the job in 3 to 4 weeks. After 5th week we contacted his number and left several messages with no reply again. Using another company who is more responsive.

Description of Work: Called Wilson's to get an estimate on cutting down 7 trees in my yard. The girl who answered the phone frostily informed me that he does not service my area which is Elyria. He is in North Ridgeville and my address is literally 6 miles from his office. Really! It says his service area is Lorain county and parts of Cuyahoga county. He is not willing to go 6 miles over, doesn't sound like he wants business at all.

Description of Work: I had a rather large tree stump in my backyard that needed removing. A neighbor was having a tree removed from their yard by Wilson's and I walked over to speak to Mr. Wilson to tell him about my tree stump. He came over to give me an estimate and when I mentioned that I would just like it leveled and not the roots too, he called over two of his employees and immediately had them use their chain saw and level the stump for me at NO charge!!! They also took the stump away for me. In this day and age, this kind of service is rare and it was an added bonus that the service was free... It saved my husband from having to do it and I am truly appreciative. We used Wilson last year to have a large tree removed in our back yard and they did a terrific job. The clean up job was great too. I have given out the Wilson name to several friends and neighbors and will continue to do so. They are very professional and I plan on using their services in the future...

Description of Work: We lost one tree and had another one damaged during a storm with high winds.We called Wilson Tree Service and they returned our call promptly and later that afternoon came by to give us a quote which we accepted. They returned the next morning and performed all the work in a very efficient and professional manner.After taking care of the trees,they cleaned up all the debris and left our premises in immaculate condition. I would highly recommend them for any tree service.

Description of Work: CALLED IN EARLY JULY FOR ESTIMATE. HAD TO CALL TWICE TO SET UP ESTIMATE...WAS OUT A FEW DAYS AFTER. CALLED TO SET UP APPOINTMENT WAS TOLD HE WOULD DO THE JOB WHEN HE COULD BUT COULD NOT GIVE ANY SPECIFIC DATE. CALLED AGAIN LATE OCTOBER AND WAS TOLD THEY DO NOT TRIM TREES UNTIL LATE FALL OR EARLY WINTER. WAS NOT TOLD THIS IN JULY EVEN THOUGH THEY NEW WE NEEDED THE WORK DONE AS SOON AS REASONABLE AS ONE TREE WAS SEVERELY SCRAPING HOUSE AND ELECTRICAL WIRES.
