Description of Work: Had an appointment for an estimate scheduled for 11:00. Rob picked the time. No show...at 12:15 he called and said he just got home from work and would be over at 1:00. I told him that wasn't the plan but thanks for calling back. I have a rule. If a contractor shows no concern for my time, I have no time for said contractor. Had he picked up the phone and asked to reschedule, I would have. Having me waste an hour and fifteen minutes of my life waiting is not an option...

+ 0 moreWe had an appt. for Rob to come out and give me an estimate. He did not show up, so I called him. He was at a job in Lakewood, and didn't have my number with him. He offered to show up an hour later, but that didn't work for me, so we re-scheduled. On the second date, he showed up on time. He was very thorough in telling me about what needed to be done. He'd needed stiches in his finger that day, but assured me he'd drop off a written estimate the next day. That was Sept 3rd and I have yet to receive an estimate or hear back from him.

Description of Work: Gentleman showed up , Gave me a detailed description of the problem and how he would correct it. Was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He had me sold. He said he would write up a proposal in detail and drop it off at the house. after four days, when I had not received proposal I called. He apologized and said he would have it to me the next day.

+ 1 moreThey showed up when they said they would, they made the quote, they did the work, correctly, and we were very happy with their work. highly recommend these folks
Description of Work: They were Fantastic! They worked in the basement, put footers for posts that were falling down on a two story apartment building. Did the work correctly, timely and efficiently. We then hired them to pour a back drive in a business home, with color and stamping to the concrete. In the process they discovered the drainage of the sewer was clogged with tree roots and water would back up into our basement and they corrected and moved it so the tree roots would no longer pose a problem down the line. They had independent thought, experience to know the problems, worked timely, they were simply fantastic! and reasonably priced
