The best people to work with...Ralph and Justin did a fantastic job gutting and redoing our Master Bath. Kim spent so much time with me, shopping and helping me choose the perfect tiles, fixtures, vanity, colors etc. They respond to texts and emails quickly and are very detailed oriented. They are not only a talented group, but a pleasure to have in your home! I could go on and on, but I can't wait to use them again for our next project!!

No call / No show

He's prompt, he's done great work for me, and he's reasonably priced. He's even right up the street, so it's great to have him nearby if I need help with anything.

He's very professional, knows the codes of the city, very picky, he comes up with some good features and he's also willing to work like I'm paying at the trim to save some money and he works with you. I would use them again in the future.

Ralph Fuelling from Spaulding Home Solutions called me back right away and out of the group that I talked with he seemed to be the best choice. He came out and did a walk through and gave us a bid. He scheduled to do a final walk thorough and we were going to give him fifty percent of the bid and he never showed up for the final walk through. I called him back after the final walk through fell through to find out what happened and he told me that he had gotten his Saturdays mixed up and he would be out the upcoming Saturday to complete the bid, and once again he didn't show. I never paid him anything, because he never showed up or called to let me know. I thought it was weird, because he obviously knew what he was talking about. I did think that his price was a little bit on the high side for the work that we wanted to have done.
