Was trying to get a quote for a new fence. First appt I called said couldn't be there, she said I didn't need to be. Never received quote. I followed up she set a new date to come, she cancelled and said would get back to me with new date. She never followed up, I went with another company.

Did not use them. Called for references yo check out other jobs yhey never called me back

I sent a request for an estimate. Company contacted me weeks later, said they found my email in their spam. I scheduled the estimate for May 18 at 5:30 pm. No call no show, I called the office that evening and left a voice mail stating no one came for the estimate. May 20 I received and estimate via email , stating they were at the house and " workers" were there. I contacted the company and explained that we have been in the home since March and there were no workers and that they must have went to the wrong address. Owner was argumentative and insisted she was at my house and no one was here. My husband, myself and 3 dogs were home, it was a beautiful day and we were outside in the front with the dogs . I will not use this company.

Georgette came and gave me a detailed estimate. She was very friendly and professional-- the only reason I opted not to use Sammon Fence is that my neighbor offered to put my fence in for far less money. We took a few other bids and Sammon Fence was right there so I would not hesitate to call Georgette in the future.

The techs arrived early and got right to it. I expressed my concerns in regard to removing the panels without damaging them too much so they could be reused. They removed the panels, dug out the old posts and replaced them in no time. Panels were replaced and it came out beyond my expectations. I would recommend Sammon's for anyone needing their fence repaired at a very reasonable cost.

Terrible. Avoid this company. I had an appointment on Tuesday at 11am for someone to give me an estimate. I re-arranged my schedule and had other people cover for me so I could meet with them. No one ever showed up. No one ever called. I guess they feel that their time is important and my time isn't. Maybe my first clue should have been when they never returned my first voice mail to call me for the appointment. I am just wondering how a company like this can remain in business. If you would like to be treated this way, then by all means call them.

Sammon was very poor on the professionalism and punctuality per neighbors. They were installing wooden posts for new fence and repeatedly tore up our electric fence as well as our neighbors sprinkler system. You would think they would stop after hitting one of the items. But they continue to drill each posts and continue to tear up the electric fence. There was over 10 breaks in the line. Not only did they destroy our property they did not consult with us before trespassing on our yard to dig the posts. When asked about it, they were very rude and claimed it's not there fault. As a result, I had to contact the police to get it documented. I would never recommend this outfit.

Georgette Sammon could not have been easier to work with or more professional. Her work crew was one of the best I have ever dealt with. Polite, hard working, and even went back and changed something I decided wasn't to my liking. I would highly recommend Sammon Fence and will definitely do more business with them in the future. One of the best experiences with any contract based company we have ever used.

They showed up on time and were very polite. The owner is a very animal friendly person so if your looking for a fence for your pets I would highly recommend this company.

Took care of my special order. Very accomoditing to my requests throughout the process. Sammon came to me highly recommended, and I recommend them to anyone who wants a quality installtion from a company that stands behind their work.

Not really sure about the previous reviews. I couldn't be happier with the entire process. Georgette returned my call the next day, with an appointment set for 2 days later to coincide with my schedule. She was on time, and gave suggestions for product, as I initially was looking at a 3' vinyl fence, abiding by my development's guidelines. She suggested as an alternative ornamental aluminum. We were sold on the product, not only for the looks and durability, but the price was more in line with what I expected. Our complex management was also very impressed. Two weeks later, the crew of 2 arrived right on time. They were very professional explaining exactly how they were going to perform the installation. They were complete with the job later that afternoon with the exception of being short one panel. This was due to some late changes made in the overall scheme. Georgette accepted responsibility and got on the phone with the manufacturer and the panel was received and installed 4 days later! The crew cleaned up afterwards where you would not know they were even there. Bottom line, responsive, price comparative, talented respectful crew, able to handle situation when identified. This is exactly what a consumer should get for their money! I definitely will and have recommended them to others in our development.

The saleswoman came out on time and was very friendly. The problem is the estimate she gave us was almost double others in the area.

We used them once before and everything went fine except they were slow getting the job done. Apparently they are very busy.

They offered the best price compared to other suppliers of the same product. I had to wait almost 8 months to get the fence installed because the developer took that long to grade the backyard, but still got basically the same price of the original quote. The installers are very respectful and hard workers. The fence looks great!

I contacted Sammon Fence to get a quote on repairing/replacing my fence due to damage from a storm. The saleswoman was short with me on the phone but I made the appointment anyway. She did not show up for the appointment and has never followed up to rebook or to offer an explanation.

I requested an estimate to install a fence in my backyard. After having to leave a message and wait for a call back, on June 25th, I set-up an appointment to meet on the 30th at 1pm. At 1:20pm, I called to ask what was going on that I'd gotten no visit and no call. At 1:40pm, Georgette called (from her office in North Ridgeville). She said, "I didn't have your number on the card and couldn't call you to tell you that I was running late. I was caught in the rain with my son and at the vet." She asked if I'd be available later that day or re-schedule, I told her she lost my business because of her failure to respect my time. She had my phone number since she had to call me back, but failed to write it down. While I can be understanding about human errors, it was apparent that she had no intention of being on time to my appointment. I informed her that I would be sending her a bill for my wasted time, since I work too and lost money because of her disregard for my time. Getting an estimate is a job interview, you don't show up late to a job interview.

FINALLY ! Good old fashion customer service and quality. If you want a job done in a timely manner, with quality and TLC, look no further than Sammon fence. In addition to the next day estimate and the work beginning the same week, Sammon fence responded immediately when one of my dogs attempted to make an escape route from the kennel. In no time at all, Georgette Sammon had reinforcements that would stop an airplane. The look and quality of the fence is second to none. I paid just over $500.00 for the entire kennel which is 14' long x 7 'wide x 6' tall. This includes the gated man door and reinforced braces on the bottom to avoid an escape. Sammon fence will be coming back to my home in the Spring to build and outdoor kennel. They should come to your house too for ANY fencing need. A+ for customer service.

Installation was very good, but the new section of fence did not attach nicely to the existing fence. When we phoned Georgette, she came out within 24 hours to view the fence. She said that the crew had assumed we had a small dog and therefore contoured the fence to the ground rather than to the existing fence. This was very considerate, but we don't have a dog, so we asked if they would correct the alignment. Within two days, the crew came out, dug up and reset a post and aligned the new section with the existing fence. They did a beautiful job and provided the utmost in customer service, by responding so quickly. We would highly recommend this company.
