Rolling Thunder Window, Gutter Cleaning and Pressure Washing

I've used Rolling Thunder for several years now, both here and at our lake house. I found them through Angie's List. Highly recommend.

They were great! Arrived when promised and did a phenomenal job! I had tried power washing myself but the algae just grew back the next year. They took care of it, and my siding looks brand new. Highly recommend!

Richard Winrod was prompt with his email/text responses to our initial inquiry which extended to his communications related to scheduling and billing. The crew kept us informed about their arrival time on the scheduled day which was very helpful. The two person team did an excellent job clearing grime off the north-facing sections of the house, cleaning exterior sections of all gutters that hadn't been touched since we'd moved in and they really impressed me with the work results on our deck that far exceeded what I'd achieved doing manual scrubbing over two seasons prior. Any Angie's List member should include them in their evaluation search.

The team arrived on time and were very friendly. Although one of the men were stung by a bee and they had to leave to go to urgent care, the owner showed up about an hour later to finish the job. They swept all the fallen debris and left everything tidy.

The job was done very well and I will plan on using them in the future. My home has two-stories in the front and three on the back. In addition there are two sky lights. One room had five floor to ceiling windows. One of these windows appeared foggy after the initial visit and there was a question of whether the seal had broken on the window. I asked Rolling Thunder to come back out and reclean it hoping the seal was okay. I was here on the day they returned to clean and unfortunately the seal had gone on this window. I appreciated the courtesy call they afforded me. This is a company I will recommend to my neighbors.

We have been using Rick for our windows for about 10 years. He calls me each year to schedule a time that is convenient for me. He arrives promptly. He washes 5 large glass sliding doors and over 50 Anderson casement windows after removing screens which he washes outside. He is exceptionally professional, wastes no time and has continued over the years to do an A+ job. We will, of course, use his services next year. The review covers windows but Rick also cleans our gutters which, because our house is closely surrounded by trees, need twice a year service to keep the flow of rainwater moving.

My window washer had retired so based on Angies List reviews, I called Rick. He called me back promptly and came out the next day to give me an estimate. The work was done promptly and professionally. I was very pleased and plan to have him clean gutters in the fall. I would definitely call Rolling Thunder for future widow cleaning and would highly recommend them to anyone needing window cleaning.

Rick did a thorough and professional job for me! Earlier in the summer, I had him clean out my gutters, which were full of debris from the Metroparks abutting my property. Rick was so efficient with that service that I contacted him later in the summer to power wash my house and clean my windows. The north side of my home is plagued by mildew, and with white siding, it is impossible to look past it. Additionally, my house is new construction, and the exterior had not been cleaned since I built 3 years ago. I figured there was leftover construction mud and dust caked onto it that would benefit from power washing. The house turned out sparkling! Rick finished by washing my windows, and he did a better job than a previous company who charged more. Rick is extremely reasonable in his pricing and extremely courteous and professional, as other reviewers have noted.

I had a problem with a leak and I thought it was due to my gutters being clogged. It was actually a roof leak which is not even Rick's speciality. He patched it and solved the problem until I could contact a roofer. Great job and fast quick service as I have come to expect from this great company!
