HE WAS PROMPT, ANSWERED OUR CALLS, GAVE US A FREE ESTIMATE AND WHEN HE ACTUALLY DID THE JOB, TOOK LESS THAN 2 HOURS. HE ALSO POINTED OUT TWO CRACKED WINDOWS... ONE I KNEW ABOUT, ONE I DIDN'T. I ALSO DIDN'T KNOW HOW DANGEROUS THEY WERE AND HE LET ME KNOW ABOUT IT... WHICH PROMPTED ME TO GET THEM REPAIRED. I WILL NEVER CALL ANOTHER SERVICE... HE DOES A GREAT JOB!
