Phil came out to look at our nonworking fixture and he said it needed to be replaced. (While he was there, he tightened a loose outlet.) Phil agreed to obtain a replacement fixture from his supplier (we fortunately knew the make/model number) and bring it back to install. It took 10-12 weeks from the initial visit until Phil came back out to install the new fixture, which we think was excessive. A month after the initial visit, we called P&M because we hadn't heard from them and they didn't seem to know what was going on, just that the fixture still wasn't there. We then left them several phone messages, not all of which were returned, over the next few weeks. We understand that the supplier first sent P&M a brass fixture rather than the needed aluminum one, which caused part of the delay, but they didn't mention any other, similar problems outside their control which might have been responsible for the rest of the delay. We expected the fixture to arrive within a couple of weeks (if that) of the original visit and were upset that we had to initiate the status call after a month of waiting and then had to play "phone tag" with them to get the issue resolved. It seems like one hand doesn't know what the other is doing around their office. That said, they did a nice job and were very professional in demeanor and work habits (when they were at our house), even returning to their office to get an extra part they didn't expect to have to use. We just were disappointed with their lack of responsiveness and will look for another service provider next time so that we don't spend this much time waiting and wondering when our job will be done.

I have recommended him to others and feel he has the best price around. He even did some extras that he found at no extra charge. He is a good detective as far as looking for the issue before he goes to work.

It was a very complicated problem, but he went about it in a very businesslike manner. Keith Martin is obviously a highly skilled and professional electrician.
