Just okay. We were out of town when he came so my daughter was at the house. He added to the price saying that the groupon was for only partial truck load. That was not my understanding, but we said take it since we were in a hurry to get it out of the garage.

I called to make the appointment and spoke to, I believe, Chris. He was very helpful in determining what the cost would be and encouraged me to purchase the coupon, which I did. I had scheduled pick up from two homes within a mile of each other. Scheduling the appointment was easy, he was very accommodating. On delivery day, I had an appointment for 1 p.m. but received a call from John about 11 a.m. to tell me they could come early. He estimated when they would arrive and they arrived exactly on time. John and Nathan were the young men who performed the services. Both were very polite, friendly and professional. They worked quickly and were very easy to work with. They took everything I asked them to take, no questions asked and no damage was done to either home removing some large items. When it came time to settle the bill, I was very pleased that it only cost an additional $50 (in addition to the $99 coupon) for quite a bit of junk. I am very pleased with this service provider and will not hesitate to use them again.

It went fine. I didn't have to pay more. They were great. Everything was fine. I don't have any complaints.

They had truck problems. By mid- day they cancelled all together. That was Wednesday. They rescheduled for Friday. Then the cost was greater than expected, a $100 up charge. The price was for a pick-up truck full or 4 cubic yards. We were told that we had more junk than what was covered by the deal -- that our pile was 30 percent bigger than what the deal covered. And that 30 percent cost $100. I would not hire them again.

They came on time, were professional, and did a good job. No complaints.

Truck arrived a bit late but had contacted us ahead of time to indicate the delay. They picked up all of the trash and broom cleaned the garage area where the trash had been. Professional and friendly. Would certainly use them again.

It didn't say on the deal that dirt/rocks were not included. They arrived and did the job because the ad was not clear. They charged a bit extra. The only real downside was that my driveway had a lot of dirt and mud caked on it afterwards. It was a mess to clean up. I would use them again because they tried to make it right when the deal was erroneously worded.

They are ALWAYS ontime, very professional, and clean up! They have came into my house to get stuff and other times they have just taken stuff from our driveway. Each time they have came they are professional and so quick! I love that they sweep up after they take the large chunks, that makes a HUGE difference. I can't say enough about this company and we will continue to use them again and again!

The crew of 2 men arrived on time and did an excellent job. They also called 20 minutes in advance to let us know they were on their way. They carefully moved their large truck into our small driveway and got started. They were energetic and worked quickly!!! We could not believe how much junk they removed in 30 minutes. They double checked to make sure they had removed everything on our list, and they cleaned up afterward. We were super satisfied.

After remodeling my basement I had a giant pile of old, moldy wood panels, wooden framing with nails, shelves, and 300 sq.ft of commercial vinyl tiles. After that, I found more junk in my garage, like old asphalt shingles and metal pipes and added it to the pile. When I got back from work that evening, the pile of junk was all gone. Amazing! This is the best deal on Angie's List.
