Everything went extremely well! They were prompt, professional and friendly. They were done before I knew it and they even cleaned up. I would definitely use them again and I recommend them to anyone who needs junk/stuff removed from their home.

I purchased a coupon for a quarter truck load on the weekend, and when I called to make arrangements, they were out within a couple hours. John and his helper were fantastic. They removed the refrigerator door right away and hauled it upstairs and put it in the truck. While one man removed the stuff from the basement, the other man broke apart the picnic table and put it in the truck. They were wonderful. The entire operation went smoothly and took only a half hour. This is awesome!

They were great. The man I spoke to on the phone was very professional. The two gentleman who were great and done with the whole job within about 30 minutes!

I bought a big deal and ohio junk force came out the same day! The debris exceeded the the limit of what the big deal included so the driver explained in detail the extra charges. They had a cancellation and fit me in that same day about 2 hrs after calling. I am involved in many remodeling projects and will definitely be using these guys from now on. Keep up the great work & customer service!

I bought the $99 junk removal deal and cannot say enough how pleased we were. The truck arrived right on schedule with two young men. Both were very polite and professional. They assessed the load of junk we had, quickly hauled it up the stairs, loaded the truck and left. The previous homeowner left behind a lot of lumber, old tables, a weight bench, broken humidifier and more junk. We did not want to take the time (or energy) to haul it up the stairs ourselves so I would say this deal was definitely worth it and if another one is offered we are likely to use them again as we have MORE junk in the barn and garage that we would love to have removed in one fell swoop. Good job.

The guys were very prompt and professional. Did the work quickly. My only complaint is that they did not sweep up. I thought that was part of the service. I will probably use a different service that sweeps up and makes the space look clean in the future.

When I called the company they scheduled me within the week. They called a few minutes before arriving at the agreed on time. It's a small area and they cleared everything. It looks much better now.

When I called to schedule a pickup of my construction debris, which included garbage bags of broken drywall, I was told that it was not included in the Angie's deal. I was told that it would cost upwards of $176. I read the coupon deal and fine print and unless drywall is considered "etc." it should have been included. Because the deal covered construction debris I thought I would purchase the coupon. However, I was told it doesn't. Anyway, I did not schedule the pickup, since that is what I needed one. I most likely will not be able to use the coupon and will lose my money. So much for Angie's List and Ohio Junk Force. Will I recommend either to any of my friends -- absolutely not! I never expected to receive the response I received when I called the company. This was no deal and certainly misleading.

Henry and his Junk Force crew removed the cabinets, sink and countertops from our kitchen. They tore off stubborn brick veneer wall covering, which covered most of one kitchen wall and all of the soffits. It was actually half-inch thick brick adhered to the wall with a tar-like material that required the use of hammers to smash it out. What made the whole procedure even more challenging was the fact that it was attached to plaster lathe with steel mesh. Finally, we decided it was easier just to cut the affected areas out, but the soffits, being constructed of solid wood, still required sheer muscle to knock this stuff off. This is the second time I have used Henry's services for demolition work. So far, they have gutted our bathroom, kitchen (completely removing one wall during a previous visit), and a good portion of the basement, and cleaned out the attic, which is the original job I hired them to do. Simply put, Ohio Junk Force is the only contractor one ever need hire for this type of work. They provide professional service at very reasonable rates, they are prompt, they are courteous, they don't waste any time, they work furiously, and they completely clean up their mess, which isn't always that easy Plus, you cannot find a nicer guy than Henry anywhere. I give these guys the highest recommendation with complete confidence. I just wish every contractor was as dependable as Ohio Junk Force.

The two young men who did the job were professional and performed the job efficiently. The only problem arose when the truck, while backing into a rather narrow driveway, came very close to hitting our neighbors newly installed picket fence. When I came outside I shouted for them to stop just in time. No damage was done to the fence. A little more attention to navigating into a narrow driveway is recommended. Overall, everything else went well. We had ordered a special deal for 4 cubic yards of trash for $99. We paid more than that for the extra volume we had to get rid of. I would use the service again.

The Ohio Junk Force team arrived as scheduled. The driver skillfully backed his truck into my driveway and the two men loaded my junk into their truck, finishing in 20 minutes. The driver remembered me from a previous trip. They were both courteous and efficient. Carefully they drove back out the driveway and off they went, leaving behind one happy customer.

This was a really good service an saved us a lot of time and trouble. The man that was sent out was excellent and courteous. He was efficient and capable and we had no problems at all removing everything no muss no fuss. I would definitely recommend this service provider we feel it was a very good value and money well spent.

It was one of the easiest and best experiences I ever had dealing with my parents' estate. They kept me informed throughout the entire job. They sent a guy named Howard out to do the work. Howard was so pleasant, wonderful, and very helpful. They even swept out the storage unit for me. What really made everything so wonderful was how nice everyone was I worked with.
