Started deck project in February. Got as far a a frame for pool deck and support posts for other deck. Wood and other material left sitting in yard. Had to call and beg them to finish it. Kept being told next week. But next week no one was there. Finally came out mid June and finished. For 4 months we just had a pool deck frame and posts in the ground. Deck not built to our specifications. Left a trip hazard that we have to live with now due to poor construction. Left a mess of trash and wood when they did finish. The owner will not admit wrongdoing and will scream at you when you try and discuss (that is when you can actually get a hold of someone) Run far away from this company- they are terrible and toxic.

Took down payment, ripped down my fence and never came back. Top it off they cut through my cable and broke my gas line. Bad customer service. Do yourself a favor don't contact this company for any service.

NRC Fence installed an aluminum rail fence in my backyard on June 20th, 2018, they did NOT install one gate and fence post. The owner Bill Sinclare said the gate was on order and would be in "next week" it took one month to get the gate installed. The gate and fence post was installed July 16th. A fence without a gate is useless. I could have bought the gate from Home Depot and received it in six days. NRC should not have started the job if they didn't have all the material or they should have installed a temporary gate. If I had known this would happen I would have signed with a different contractor.

It was awful they first put the deck up to high and to lower it the loosened the deck and took a saw zall and cut the boards down to lower the deck part instead of installing new boards which I feel weakened the structure I have never seen a deck built the way they did they ran supports cross way and nothing on the four corners just left them stick over with no supports . They left the bottom all the way around the deck wide open so critters could have easily gotten under it and made a home .I ended up buying all the material and done the labor to close it up .They were supposed to come and replace some deck boards and straighten out the hand rail sections that had warped and never returned needless to say I still owed them like 350.00 and I did not let them have it .They were supposed to put a small fence up which I cancelled because it took them forever to come and do the deck and no mention as to when they would do the fence. My suggestion is do not deal with these folks as the owner can be very rude with you if things don't go his way and he forgets half of what he includes in the contract.

Terrible they stated the deck and had to high had to take apart and instead of using the right material to lower they just took a saw and ripped off the amount to lower then I had to argue to get the step added that was in the contract When the deck was finished so they said I had to go buy Material and enclose the bottom of the deck that they did not finish.There was bad boards used on the decking my girlfriend who had this deck installed and handicapped caught her shoe on a board that was split and nearly fell upset her dearly.NRC came out and supposedly was going to replace and repair what was wrong and she was holding 300.00 of there money until it was repaired she also purchased a 4 ft fence to be put up but cancelled it because they just kept putting her off to install it Finally when no work crew shoed up she sent a email and told them she was not paying the 300.00 left owed to them because repairs wasn't made and she was covering my expense for boards and labor I had to do to close the bottom of the deck up to keep animals from making a home under.We have never ever heard from them again and still no repairs no I'm sorry nothing Plus I don't think they supported the deck properly after ripping the boards down to get the deck to the right height.They left those boards exposed and when they cut them off it looked like a beaver chewed them off Beware of this company there work is shabby and warranty is even worse

The entire process was straightforward and we were given options and suggestions that we never thought of. Our sales person was Greg Roberts and he was very easy to work with on coming up with a cost effective solution. The crews that came out were efficient and got right to work and when weather threatened getting our deck done before a family event a couple of the guys stayed late on Friday and came in early on Saturday to get the job completed in time.
