 + -1 more1st I was not overly impressed with his (lack) of professionalism on the phone. That being said I went ahead with the consultation based on a recommendation. After he arrived he proceeded to only show me one book of samples. I didn't like any of them. I had explained exactly what I wanted over the phone, prior to him coming out. I guess he wasn't listening. He had no other books for me to look at. So, he proceeded to tell me about another blind that might fit my needs. I was quite interested in looking at the book. He stated that the book was at home. He was leaving for vacation next week so he would drop off the book for me over the weekend. Well the weekend came and went and so did his whole vacation with no book. I called him after he returned back from his trip. At first he wasn't sure who I was, then upon him remembering he stated that there wasn't going to be anything I would like in the there anyway! I thanked him for (wasting) my time!
Description of Work: Lynn never followed through on his word and therefore services were never rendered.

 + -1 moreLynn talked with us to find out what we were interested to narrow the search. His samples were able to be removed and taken to all rooms to try them in each window. Lynn was flexible and extremely helpful. What we thought was the perfect choice before Lynn came, proved to be a poor choice. His knowledge, experience and expertise were invaluable to assisting us. We had an outstanding experience.
Description of Work: Reviewed all possible choices for the blinds in our new home. Discussed the pros and cons of options. We were able to make a well informed choice. Lynn took accurate measurements and was able to give an exact date for installation.

blind cleaning
 + -1 moreLynn came over looked at damage took blind down and returned it 2 days latrer repaired. this is the second time we have used his service in repairing our blinds.

Description of Work: I need one mini-blind repaired - not possible. For $80 Lynn Westphal would custom fit two new blinds, a good deal. However, as the windows let in cold air, I wanted vinyl slats and not his "steel" ones.
