+ -1 moreJerry Kilby is very unreliable and unprofessional. He scheduled an inspection of our blocked pond drain line, but on the day of the appointment he called to reschedule for the following week. On the date of the second appointment he did not show up or call to let us know that he wasn't coming. This wasted almost 3 weeks from the time we called to the date of the second appointment. We will find someone else to do this work.
Description of Work: He was to inspect and correct a blockage in our pond overflow drain line.
