+ -1 moreWe requested a $100 refund of the total $900 purchase price of both chandeliers which we felt was fair given the manufacturer (i.e., Feiss) shipped what we believe to be a used/returned chandelier and it took 3 weeks to receive our order. After a series of emails and phone calls with Feiss and their local distributer (i.e., Degaetano Sales), Feiss honored our refund request. Illuminations Lighting was not at fault and was very supportive.
Description of Work: Illuminations Lighting ordered two Feiss lighting chandeliers from their local distributor, Degaetano Sales in Chesterland, Ohio for our kitchen remodeling project.
