+ -1 moreWe used them to build our custom home. I could go into a lot of details and I'm sure that I would run out of space. Basically I would have to say the house is average at best for construction. Basically we are not impressed with the quality of their work. We had a lot of major things done wrong or poorly planned out that unfortunately we have to live with. It is sad when charged an up-charge and have to settle for something that isn't the way it should be or done very poorly. I have to say that we had good communication with Diane but only because we had a lot of issue and the service manager was great at trying to help fix what he could.

Description of Work: Garland Griffin built our custom home. They were very attentive and provided great service. Starting with out salesperson Matt Dillon who helped with our design and getting us started. Had excellent communication and service not only with Matt Garland but with the project manager, Duane and Rick who was in charge of warranty issues. Always going through the Office Manager , Diane who was always pleasant and willing to help. Positive experience and would build with Garland Griffin again.
