We have 4 employees and do work for residential and builders. Have been in business since 1989. Deposits of half-down are required for non-builders, with the remainder due at time of delivery. We have Farm Bureau discounts.

Bruce Lubinski owner of Eurotech agreed to construct a bathroom vanity base for the price of $1677.71. The price was to include delivery of the base to my residence. The terms were 50% down and the balance on delivery. I paid $839.00 down with the order. I have not heard from him for weeks. He will not return my calls left on his voicemail. I want a refund of my deposit. He has caused delay in the bathroom remodeling project that has cost me additional dollars. He appears to be very irresponsible and has no concern for his customers.
Description of Work: Eurotech was to construct a bathroom vanity.

We received email from Angie's List on 6/8/14 about this c/o from 1 of our customers, which surprised us because his cabinet has been done for 1 1/2 weeks, sitting in the shop waiting to be delivered or picked up. The customers contractor was notified at that time about the cabinet being ready. We did not get any messages or calls that we know of from this customer, or else Bruce would have called him right back. Bruce called him 1st thing Monday (6-9) morning to see if he could deliver it and he did deliver it that day. Customer was unhappy with some small issues with the cabinet, so it was brought back to the shop and fixed right away. We called [Member Name Removed] on Tuesday (6/10) morning to see if we could re-deliver it and we could not get a hold of [Member Name Removed] and he never called us back on this day. Bruce called the contractor who didn't seem in a hurry to get the cabinet so we waited for [Member Name Removed] to call us. Wednesday(6-11) we talked to [Member Name Removed] and we re-delivered the cabinet for the final time. It appeared the customer was happy with it and approved the cabinet and gave Bruce the final payment with a check. Bruce left and it appears the matter is settled. It seems like this whole matter is from a lack of communication between the customer and his contractor and messages not being transferred, and we seemed to be in the middle of it. We're not really sure, but we do know his cabinet was done and ready, the contractor knew it was done, but apparently the customer never knew it was done and ready to be picked up. We did not know he didn't know. Hopefully everything is satisfactory for the customer now. Thank you----------------We just wanted to say that in our almost 30 yrs. of our company doing business, we have never had a c/o of taking a customer's money and not doing the work. If someone doesn't like the finished product, then we try to work with them with it. We are known for our customer service. Thank you
