As for several years, they did a very fine job again this year. Our lawn is the greenest in the neighborhood.

Very happy with the promptness, professionalism, and service. I have an existing service (condo association) but they do a crappy job. Having Custom Lawns do repair work. So far very pleased.

I used to treat my own lawn for weeds. I decided this year to have it professionally treated. I called custom lawns for an estimate, and they were slightly less than the other places I called. Mike was very professional and easy to talk to, so I just signed up. I thought I asked for them to call ahead, but they came for the second treatment and caught me off guard. I called and Mike set it up so they will call a day in advance of the treatment. Basically, the lawn looks good, they are polite, they show up when they need to, and if you have an issue they listen and help you out.

Very well. They do a great job and are great to communicate with. They let us know a day or 2 ahead of time when they plan to come out for a treatment. Also, Mike Turner, the owner is very contactable and has given us good advice. The phone is answered by a live person during business hours. Our lawn looks great and Custom Lawn is a big part of the reason.

It went reasonably well. I did have to call them back because there was an area of crab grass. They came back and sprayed it. I was pretty pleased with the work that they have done so far. I was using a different company two years ago. They did organic type fertilizing and it didn’t seem to do pretty well with the weed. It was also expensive. I picked this company from Angie's List.

No issues. Very prompt at responding to communications. Used them last year for overseeding and aeration.

I contacted Custom Lawns late last week to come out to give me an estimate to kill the crabgrass and clover in my lawn. They came out earlier this week to give me an estimate on the spraying of crabgrass and clover as well as putting me on a fertilizing program. I asked them to perform both services and today they came to do the job. I did not rate the company’s quality as the told me it could take up to 2 weeks for me to notice the results of the crabgrass control. Also, during the meeting where the estimates were given, I asked the company rep if they did anything with trees, shrubs & plants. He informed me that they did not. I asked him if they have a company they recommend. He informed me that they do have a company they work with. I asked for this company’s contact information. Weed Pro’s company rep offered to call the tree/shub place on my behalf. I felt this was going above and beyond what most company’s would do these days.

They are very nice people. The price wasn’t much. It was somewhere in the area of $40. It’s well worth it to me because I’m older and I don’t have to chase all over on the lawn about what’s happening to it. They do it for me and it’s worth the $40 per lawn. So I go fishing and they do the job in the meantime. You can blindly give them a contract and they will take care of you’re property. I blindly give them a contract and I don’t do that very often. You can pay $30 to a company that sits there and gives you nothing or you could pay $40 to a company that charges a little bit more because of great service. The seniors will pay for services and that’s what I look for. We look for someone who will service us. I will absolutely use their services again in the future.

Contracted for on-going service, 5 applications per year plus grub control. We were mostly concerned about japanese beetle grubs and sod webworms. So far, lawn shows little damage and grass is doing well. Will have much better picture of program effectiveness next year, but so far we are very satisfied with the company.

When I asked if I needed areation during a particular year, they said not this year, but maybe next year. They are so good and affortable that we hired them for all of the growing season 2009, 2010 and plan to continue to hire them.

Great. Our lawn looks great! They call a day or 2 before treatment and will reschedule if conflicts with my mowing schedule. Phone always answered "live" during business day. Easy to get ahold of Mike the owner.

The thing I like about them is that when you call, a live person will talk to you. The owner calls you back if you request. They've been really good and the price is very reasonable. We've had some of the national companies do the job in the past, but there was a lot of turnover and communication was poor.

Ouw lawn has never looked better. They are very easy to communicate with; answer their phone and the owner calls back is we have a relevant question. Especially like that they call a couple of days before scheduled treatment.

I use them maybe 3 times a year and they are very professional, Sherry always calls first and ask if they can apply the proper treatment and when they will do so. They always follow thru and my lawn looks very good, I have used this company for 5 years.

They will also take care of a problem on the spot or leave a note for me saying they would like to talk to me about something. They are professional and punctual. You get a percentage off if you have a contract with them and pre-pay. They do good quality work and their prices are good.

They are very accommodating to our needs. They are very knowledgeable. They have great customer service. They are easy to get a hold of and very responsive.

We have used them for about eight or ten years. We just weren't really happy with the way the lawn has looked the last few years, and I do not know for sure if we will use them again. The problem wasn't really bad enough to totally pull the plug on the company, so we're just going to see.

They are a very dependable company. They always show up on-time. They have very professional technicians. They offer very fair prices.

Everything goes really well. They're very cautious about our flower beds, but I kind of wish they would go closer to the beds, but they do what they can without causing damage to the flowers. They would call me and check to make sure that I'm going to have the dog in the house for her protection and isn't exposed to the chemicals for 24 hours. They answer all of the questions that I have. They're very careful about not putting the weed treatment on certain spots that I have in my yard that had been re-seeding. They also don't push treatments that I don't need. I have written notes on the bills that I pay so I can get their attention on something that I want done that is out of the ordinary, and they call me back right away.

The gentleman talks very fast and does not allow you to speak. He got fertilizer all over the driveway in the back. He did not clean up very well. I also asked for them to call and to come out while I am home and they told me that they did not do that. They also did a grub treatment that I did not authorize and then charged me for it. Some parts of my yard is green, but I have a lot of dead spaces.

THEY GIVE YOU SEVERAL DIFFERENT OPTIONS FOR WHAT THEY CAN DO FOR YOU. THEY SEEMED VERY TECHNICALLY INFORMED.

CONTACTED CUSTOM LAWNS BASED ON ANGIE'S LIST RECOMMENDATIONS. WE'VE HAD NUTSEDGE PROBLEMS (HARD TO KILL), BUT CUSTOM HAS DONE A GREAT JOB HELPING OUR LAWN FLOURISH. EVERYONE IS PERSONABLE AND HELPFUL- CALLS TO THE OFFICE ARE PLEASANT EXPERIENCES! VERY RESPONSIVE & PROMPT- MUCH SUPERIOR TO THE LARGE NATIONAL CHAIN WE HAD BEEN USING BEFORE.

THEY ARE FLEXIBLE, OFFER SEVERAL LEVELS OF SERVICE. THE RESULTS ARE EXCELLENT. DON'T REQUIRE YOU TO TAKE MORE TREATMENTS THAN YOU WANT. GREAT ABOUT ANSWERING MY QUESTIONS WHEN I CALL ALSO.
