Their service is excellent. They are very good. If for some reason they are late they will call. I have a service program with them; so they automatically call me and come out twice a year. If there is something that you don't agree with or need more information about, the owner of the company will actually come out to assist you.

They were very very good. The first time out the person who came out to do the estimate was very knowledgeable and gave me advice as to what would be the best choice for my cost. He asked me how much I could spend, and then set a plan around that. They were very patient, and we've never had any trouble with their installation, and we are enjoying our A/C very much.

Climate-tech exceeded our expectations. They spent a lot of time understanding our house and what we wanted. They did not give us a cookie-cutter solution. They gave us a very detailed plan with lots of options to choose from. They came up with something that exactly met our needs and solved a big heating and cooling issue in the house. The workers who came were very professional, polite and spent as much time as necessary to explain what they were doing and answer any questions. Their cleanliness and attention to detail (painting new vent to match the room decor and finding siding in the basement to repair the outside where the old AC was removed). I can see why they have won awards year-in and year-out. Would most definitely recommend this company to others. Thanks Climate-Tech!

They were very professional, they were very friendly and nice. I thought they were a little expensive. I would recommend them to others and I would use them again if I needed them.

It was wonderful. It was a huge job. They completed it in the time they said they would. They finished on a Friday at about 9pm, and all stayed until it was complete. They did a great job cleaning up afterwords. The owner himself was there to oversee the final product.

During the installation, the technicians worked extremely hard and finished on time, even though they had to work 13 hours on the last day. The plumbing work to and from the boiler was superb;everything super tight and angled perfectly; same with the flues. They did extras, like caulking existing ductwork, to make the system more efficient. The owner told us the system should last for decades, and the quality of the installation supported this opinion.The technicians, neat, used shoe protectors, and cleaned up their work area each day. After the job, they followed up with us several times and came back to "fine tune" the system. It was great that they consistently initiated contact with us to make sure we were satisfied. In every single contact we had with the company, we were treated with complete courtesy and a positive attitude. We also have been extremely comfortable in our home this winter with the new system. Hats off to to John, Scott, Tony, Eric, Colleen and the whole team!

Tony did not rush through - he took his time with the furnace and made suggestions for better heating comfort. He was neat, polite, and professional.

All work was done quickly and cleanly. Technicians were very helpful explaining everything and did not make changes until we were consulted.

Humidifier started leaking after he left. Had to come back 2 more times to fix it. No extra charge and came out very willingly. Thought problem was with the filter and the size of it, so he made adjustments to it. Very nice people.

Jason was on-time and completed work on furnace parts I didn't even know I had (manifold). Polite and thorough.

The people who did the install were very experienced and answered all my questions. The unit came with 10 year parts and a labor warranty. I would use them again.

We needed serious re-engineering of the ductwork. John and Don spent hours talking it out, measuring, talking again. We were very impressed with their intelligence and persistence to find a way to take out the old badly designed ducts and install new ones. They listened to us, and proposed solutions that matched what we had told them. The crew installing the ducts were here for a week: they were courteous, neat, efficient. John and Scott, the project foreman, came back a few days later to explain it all to us: John found a few things his team didn't do right and immediately scheduled their return to fix those things. Overall, we are comfortable now in parts of the house that were never comfortable before; and we feel that our HVAC is in the hands of experts.

They were earlier than expected but I was glad we could have them over as soon as we did. Right before it got really hot. There customer service lady, Colleen was really nice.

The quote process was informative and painless. The representative was on time and friendly. He answered all our questions and gave us a bit of an education on furnaces and air conditioners. There was some confusion about whom was supposed to get back with whom. When I followed up, he created the quotes and promptly sent them out. He seemed to want me to select a system and then have him quote it out, rather than quoting out a range of models so that I could evaluate what features I got for the bump in each price point. In the end, I went with another vendor and brand based on a better price for a comparable system from another highly rated Angie's List company. If I were having another system installed though, I'd definitely call them back for a quote.

I really liked how he answered my questions. He is really committed to making sure that my furnace and air conditioning run efficiently. They have good quality customer service.

He wanted to put these little boxes on the wall that I really didn't like. It was a hard sell and he just kept going. I won't use him because of this.

The nice young man came yesterday to check out my air conditioning. He had shoe coverings on his feet to protect my floor. I'm very satisfied with them so far.
