Excellent experience. The installers were very professional and accomodating. They were able to do the work with little to no interference with our every day life. They will be back to connect the appliances after the gas company installs meter.

John did a very professional job in explaining how the job would be set up from start to finish. He was very well versed in field. The installers were on time and did a very good job in a timely manner. They cleaned up after each day (2.5 days) and were very professional. They answered all our questions no matter how many we asked. They followed up after the job was done and said to call any time we had any questions or problems.They will be back in the spring to make sure the A/C is working properly. They were not the low bid but we got our monies worth in their expertise and how installation was performed.

Took very good care of my elderly mother whose central AC had major problems. Got her cooled down immediately in the 90+ degree heat and performed replacement sevice in a timely fashion. Explained her options very clearly. Took extra time with her during the project, and went out of their way to address her many questions and concerns to make her feel comfortable. Would defininately recommend them!

Climate-Tech was a wonderful family owned business to work with. Very professional and so nice. We had a few estimates from different companies but climate-Tech seemed like we got the most for the cost and everything was explained in detail very clearly. We purchase an annual contract for servicing our furnace and a/c unit each year, which earns us a small discount. Climate-Tech's prices are very fair and they are always on time -- or call if there's any delay due to the job preceeding ours. We've been loyal customers of John's for about 26 years. He is one of the most honorable people you could ever meet, and holds his employees to his high standards for honesty, knowledge, courtesy, and quality service. I've whole-heartedly recommended this company to others whenever I have the opportunity.

They were excellent. They knew what they were doing. They came right away when I called. We didn't have heat for a day, so I appreciated that. The second time, they also came right out. The workers who came out were very nice and polite. They had shoe covers that they wore.

When our furnace quit in November, 2011, I called Climate-Tech for an estimate based on Angie's List recommendations. They came immediately and in the process of the estimate determined we needed a new furnace, and that there were venting issues with our 23 year old unit. Alter a thorough explanation by owner John Dubecky, of what needed to be done, we were presented with several options. They were most helpful. We agreed on the unit and since our hot water heater was on its last legs, we decided to replace this as well. Installation took two days with the installers also having to reroute the venting system. We were completely happy with the service performed, and now are enjoying the warmth and savings of a new energy-efficient furnace.

I first heard of Climate-Tech from a neighbor, and I called for an estimate after seeing their Angie's List reviews. An initial inspection confirmed that my boiler had irreparable damage, and a new system was needed. After that news, John came out and after determining my heating needs, gave me options for different heating systems. He was pleasant, friendly, and professional. Based on his recommendations, I chose a high efficiency system that also replaced my hot water heater. Once the work started, the three man crew was always punctual, professional, and polite. They worked steadily through the day, and provided me with updates on their progress. They were happy to answer all my questions, and were careful to minimize the mess related to the removal of the old boiler. After the new system was installed and tested, they provided instruction on the heater and the new thermostats they'd installed. I was very satisfied with the level of professionalism by the company and its employees. I will not hesitate to use them again, and would easily recommend the company to others.

Despite all of the challenges, all of the work was completed in 3.5 days. The electrical was scheduled for a Friday (sub-contracted through Climate-Tech) and the air conditioning work began Monday. All of the technicans were very careful to not destroy my house and clean up after themselves. The air conditioning guys had quite a few challenges once they got the unit in the attic (which posed its own challenges) because the beams made it nearly impossible to turn the unit around the correct way. But they overcame everything within the estimated timeframe and I paid exactly what my estimate said. I've used Climate-Tech to service my original boiler, and replace that boiler. Because of that, I only got a quote from them when I determined that I needed to have air conditioning installed and I'm confident that I will never regret that decision. The owner, John Dubecky, went out of his way to minimize my costs and provide only what was necessary instead of recommending a unit that was more powerful than my house needed (or was both heating and cooling). I've always trusted my Climate-Tech technicians, whatever the job, and this project was no exception.

I would like to nominate this company for a Super Service Award. This is the second time this year that I'm nominating them. We just finished a major residential kitchen renovation project that involved installing a very powerful hood above a 6 burner cooktop. When the city inspector insisted that we install a make up air unit, for safety reasons, I called Climate-Tech to the rescue. I was so impressed by the work and knowledge displayed by Mr. John Dubecky and his crew back in January of this year when they installed a new furnace and air conditioning units in our house that I knew that John was the right person to come to our help with this issue. John worked with our designer, the engineer and the hood manufacturer to figure out the best way and location to install this make up air unit. Rather than settling for an opening on the floor like the majority of contractors do, John located the unit right under the hood. That way there wouldn't be a constant flow of cold air on my feet every time I cook. Moreover, he interlocked the hood and make up air unit mechanisms so that outside cold/hot air (depending on the season) wouldn't be constantly admitted into the house but only when the hood was in operation. As they had previously done for my furnace and air conditioning units, John and his crew went above and beyond what was expected of them to make sure that not only we would be safe but also satisfied with this new unit. Kudos to John and his team for an other remarkable job!

I would like to nominate Climate-Tech (John, his technicians and office staff) for a Super Service Award. Not only is John very knowledgeable but he sent to our house very competent, skilled, efficient, polite technicians. For a week, they work diligently and showed a lot of consideration for us, the homeowners, making sure that they kept our house and their workplace clean at all time (pretty though to do in winter time with the slush and snow) . They minimize the inconvenience of having major work done during the cold season. Outside they were very careful not to damage the landscaping. When unpredictable issues arose, John and his crew figured out ways to solve those problems in a very timely and efficient manner. The work done by Climate-Tech was worth every penny we spent on this project. They came as close to perfection as one might expect when you invest in big ticket items such as a new furnace and air conditioning units. I will definitely call upon Climate-Tech in the future (should the need arise) and I highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for honest, competent, hard working company owner and staff.

Less than nine hours after I awoke at 2AM to a screaming smoke alarm and the smell of smoke, they were here ahead of time to check my heat pumps and furnaces. The problem was quickly identified (dust buildup on a strip heater), but the technician took time to examine and test everything to be sure no other dangerous conditions existed. Once he verified that the only issue was dust buildup in the ducts, he recommended another company to do the cleaning, since these guys focus on HVAC and heating systems only. He also advised against going with any cheapo deal running less than $70, and explained how to spot duct cleaning companies running scams. These guys are super responsive, very helpful, take the time to explain things in layman's terms, and take care to leave everything as they found it (even wearing booties over their shoes to avoid tracking anything in from outside). For peace of mind, I'll gladly fork over 98 bucks.

They maintain everything very well. They are reliable and get the job done.

I emailed and called Climate-Tech because I saw them on Angies List and they are a "diamond rated" installer of the product I wanted. Mr. John Dubecky came to my home to give me an estimate and inspect my electrical panel to see if it would support the product. Mr Dubecky, gave me an estimate and honored my $200.00 coupon I had gotten off Angies list. Mr Dubecky gave me a very prompt start date. He had advised me that it would be an all day job and it was. There were some problems the day of installation but they were solved immediately by the technicians and phone calls to the main office. I did not like the fact, that 3 times one of the men had to leave and go to the store and get more materials, but I guest this could not be helped. Over all I am very satisfied with the work and I love my new AC system. I would certainly recommend this company for AC installation

The whole experience went very well. John Dubecky, the owner, was great to work with. He figured out the best arrangement to minimize the amount of alterations necessary to my ductless house. The installation crew was efficient, friendly, and very clean. The system cools the whole house and additionally can be used to provide supplemental heat in the spring and fall. The system is quiet and, judging from my power bills, very efficient. I am extremely pleased with the air conditioning system and was very happy that it cost less to install than I would have expected. Climate-Tech was great to work with and they did a really good job.

In addition to cleaning our equipment, we were given recommendations regarding preventative maintenance. The entire experience was positive.

We had John Dubecky, president of Climate-Tech come out to give us an estimate and go over all the products we were intersted in. He was such a nice and personalble guy and we were very impressed with his knowledge of the products, how they work, air flow, and everything that goes with installing A/C and Heating units. We liked that it was a family owned, run business. We got another estimate from another company just to compare but really felt the best place to go with was Climate-Tech. There were extra things that John said they would do and that needed to be done that the other company did not mention. We felt confident going with this company and are happy we did. They came when they said they would and were done when they said they would be done. Very nice workers and they did a very good job of cleaning up after themselves. We have only used the A/C so far because of the time of year and have been very pleased with it. It is so much quieter and effecient than our very old unit. We are sure we will enjoy the furnace just as much when the time comes to turn it on. We are very pleased that we used Climate-Tech to replace these units.

It all went well. The technician arrived on time, answered all of my questions, and he charged a reasonable price.

My air conditioning went out on the hottest day of the year. I called a contractor that had a very good rating from Angies list. After getting a qoute to replace the unit, and being told they could not fit a new coil in the old furnace and I would need to replace both my furnace and air conditioning.I scheduled a service call with the same company. They told me that my compressor was "dead" and not repairable electrically. I had used Climate-Tech previously and they did a good job cleaning our furnace. I called for a estimate on a new air conditioning unit. John was very thorough and took his time explaining some of the things that were wrong with my current system. Before leaving, he took a look at my current unit (the one I was told was "dead") He said he didn't think my compressor was dead. He suggested I try a service call and see if one of his tech's could determine what the real problem was. I did. Josh came out Monday. After checking out my unit, he said he didn't think the compressor was dead, and thought he could fix it. He sald they had a compressor repair kit that he could install and thought that might solve the problem. If it didn't, I wouldn't be charged for the kit. I agreed. The compressor repair kit did the trick. The compressor works fine now. Thanks to John and Josh for solving the problem and not just trying to sell me a new air conditioner and furnace.

These guys are amazing! The furnace is in my laundry room so they moved washer, dryer and water tank out so we could put in a new floor while we were at it. Went from a one stage to a two stage furnace which means different venting system. (uses less energy to run) They had to fabricate this to get to an outside wall. Did this w/little interference to the inside of our garage which they had to put the venting system to get to the outside. Note: This is not duct work, but about 4" pvc vent pipes. They're a great bunch to work with. Professional but fun and friendly. Will use every year for checkups/ maintenence.

The work went very well, two men showed up when they said they would and were pleasant and very neat about their work. CLIMATE-TECH INC completed all but charging the air conditioner which is to occur as soon as I call them. Based on my experience so far I am sure it will be a great experience too. But, if not I will report. Their service is coordinated by the owner and his sister who make everything happen smoothly, it is almost a joy to speak to them on the phone. The city inspector came and found a small issue (I would have preferred the way CLIMATE-TECH INC had done it). CLIMATE-TECH INC returned promptly and made the inspector happy. As a side I have recommended CLIMATE-TECH INC to several people since they did the work for us. The only one I can speak of for sure was my daughter and son in law. Their furnace went out on an a very cold weekend in January and I told the to call CLIMATE-TECH INC. They needed a part that was not available locally CLIMATE-TECH INC's personnel went out of their way to get it the following day (Sunday) and get it installed at a reasonable price. CLIMATE-TECH INC is one of the best vendors I have ever dealt with.

Somewhere in the middle of the night (weekend) the furnace stopped working...in 30 degree weather of course. We called Climate-Tech before 8am on a Sunday and they were here within the hour. We have had a number of problems with this furnace and several different companies out to fix it - all without resolution and more expensive. Climate-Tech was the first company to take the time to do a thorough inspection, determine all of the problems and make a couple of recommendations. We made our choice and they fixed the problem. Our tech, Tony, was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be calling them again and happily recommending their services.

My furnace had stopped working in the evening. I called to leave a message in advance of making an appointment. They offered to come right out, but it wasn't necessary. The weather wasn't that cold, I had electric space heaters, and it was more convenient for me to wait until the next morning. Phil came out and quickly assessed the problem to be that the inducer motor had seized. He talked me through how it worked and, due to the furnace's age, had to make a bracket to properly install the new one. He checked the whole system, tightened and checked all electrical connectors. He cleaned and checked the heat exchanger, the pilot assembly, gas valve and made sure it was running and operating correctly. While he was there I asked him to install a programmable thermostat. After its installation, he walked me through setting up the program. A very satisfactory service call.

After unsuccessful visits to fix my furnace and heat pump by two other heating and a/c companies, I found Climate-Tech on Angie's List. Josh was extremely knowledgeable and diagnosed every problem. Both the heat and air were working when he left as well as the programmable thermostat. I'm very pleased with the work that Josh and Climate-Tech did at my house that I signed up for the yearly maintenance plan. I will definitely be calling them in the future.
