The patio blocks could not be delivered-I had to drive over and get them they told me. Then the mulch was a different color (light) than the first I got last month. The topsoil was nothing more than fill dirt--yet I was charged for topsoil. All in all, I was not happy with the items delivered and I paid for the better materials.

High quality mulch was delivered as promised, even after a late change in the type of mulch that I requested.

Service and delivery was great. They arrived when they said they would and dropped off the soil. I moved the soil to the places needed and then added the grass seed. The grass would not grow even though I watered it properly. I have planted grass many times and never had trouble. I reseeded the area, and this time added peat moss. I watered it properly again and the grass still didn't grow. I noticed that there were a large number of small pebbles in the soil and that it didn't hold water well. Three months have now gone by and the grass still won't come up. My neighbor also ordered the same soil from Bulk-N and is having the exact same problem.

Customer service was friendly and I was pleased with the delivery time frame (delivered 2 or 3 days after I placed my order). The dirt, however, was not sufficient quality for planting. It contains entirely too many pebbles and is very sandy and holds moisture extremely poorly. After a few days of watering, my garden bed looks like I scattered small pebbles all over it. I will be buying dirt for my next bed from someone else.

Was told it would be $29/yd for black, $27/yd for brown and $33/yd for brown triple. $30 delivery to Elyra. No installation service was available.

I stopped by the showroom for a sample of the dyed brown Americmulch product. They were very helpful and had no problem with me taking a small sample bag. I called them for delivery of the mulch and they delivered right on time and were very friendly and put the mulch right where I asked them to in the driveway. We actually had two deliveries (12 yards and 8 yards because we didn't order enough the first time). I asked them if we could get on a waiting list for the next day even though they were booked. They called me and said they could accommodate which I really appreciated. The Amerimulch is a very good quality mulch and I would recommend the product and the company.
