All Mark Fence

Mark was timely with his estimate, put up the fence when he said he would, and was very careful to make sure it was straight. I'm very pleased with the fence.

We recently bought a house that did not have a fence. We wan't to install a fence to keep our dog enclosed. We decided on an aluminum fence based on the choices and suggestions made by the contractor. Fence was installed on time and exactly as agreed. Our labradoodle loves the freedom!

All-Mark is by far the best fence professional you can ever hope to find. He stands by his work and is very prompt, thorough, reasonably priced and responsive. We are impressed by the post-job clean up that he does on the work site. He is a very hard worker and completes the job as if he was working on his own house. The entire experience from the estimate to the installation was seemless and without any problems. I called for an appointment for an estimate, and Mark was present within one day. The estimate seemed fair (was less than a competitor in my area that had installed a section of fence on another part of my property last year), so gave Mark the go-ahead to do the work. The fence was up within 2 weeks. The fence looks awesome, and is actually much more pleasing to the eye than I thought. it would be. I really like the gate. It is very sturdy and easy to use. Also, during installation of the posts, Mark and his crew were sensitive to safety issues related to my dogs, which I appreciated.

We hired Mark Dempsey and his team to complete the wooden privacy fencing for our yard. Mark responded promptly for an estimate (we got three) and he was an easy choice - both for price and overall sense of professionalism. Mark handled some neighbor-related hurdles quite well and construction was completed within 2 weeks of hiring him! The work they completed is top-notch and the fence is absolutely beautiful. My dog, son, and wife (in no particular order) are very happy customers! They set the posts and removed my neighbors unsightly chain link fence on one day - after getting permission from the neighbor- and then built a six-foot cedar shadowbox privacy fence about a week later. Mark was very easy to deal with, gave me a great deal and produced a spectacular finished product! A+

Mark is professional. He is willing to explain everything from start to finish. Everything from the estimate till the fence was completed in a very timely manner. I had bought my first home in March 2012 and decided to make several upgrades to the property. I had never searched for or worked with a contractor before so I was a little anxious about the whole process. I decided to fence in the yard for my dog and had a number of people come out to give me an estimate on the fence. Mark listened to what I wanted and was straight forward with his information. He didn't try to push me into getting some other more expensive material and gave me a really fair price. After I decided to use him, Mark was great at answering any of my questions and returning my phone calls. He kept me well informed as to where he was in the process and secured my permit as well as had the utilities marked. He worked quickly and efficiently to finish my fence and it just looks great. I am going to recommend him to others in my family as I was very impressed with his level of professionalism and customer service. He made the task of working with a contractor an easy one.

Mark responded the same day I made the first call and came out the next day to take measurements. Once he got quotes from his supplier, he provided an estimate for the total job via e-mail the following day. We had a small mis-communication regarding about starting the work but once we got things clarified, Mark was very responsive. Mark and one of his crew came out in the morning and worked through until early afternoon. Even though the weather was not the best, they kept working diligently. The fence looked great!! Left the site completely clean. Mark is very easy to work with and you can tell he takes pride in his work. Would use again if needed and would recommend to others!

It went very well, the old fence was removed and the chain link and decorative fences were installed to our satisfaction in a timely manner. The matches were exact and now our two-lot property finally has a finished look in fencing. The work was done cleanly and quickly and without any perturbations. We are pleased. Cost was good, an expected amount and within line of all estimates.

We were in need a a small section of vinyl privacy fence (about 60' or so), Mark provided us with a cost estimate and a rough estimate of when the work could be done. I contacted 4 local fencing companies-2 from Angies List with A ratings and All-Mark Fence was the only one who showed up for a scheduled appointment to estimate. Mark came on time , gave a very good estimate, and came when promised. He cleaned up after the job and I was very satisfied with his work. I would use this company again and recommend them to my friends.

Mark was great to work with. He did all the pre-work of surveying the property, filing the city permit and determining the best strategy for our unique property. With the amount of rain this fall we were not sure the fence would get it before winter, but Mark was able to get it in with a break in the weather. The fence is great and the price was very competitive. A professional job all around.

Mark was great to work with. He answered all of my questions and concerns. He took care of everything from permits to having the underground utilities marked. The fence looks great. I wanted a fence that was straight, level and sturdy. I wanted it installed before the snow came. I feel I got what I wanted.;

I met Mark Dempsey the later part of March. When I was obtaining bids to fence the backyard. It was apparent to me that Mark was very knowledgeable about fences. When he recommended to me a different fence than what I had in mind. He explained why he felt the fence that he had recommended would be much better for my needs. So when I later did my homework on the fence, I learned that he was absolutely correct. Based on his knowledge and professionalism. I signed a contract with him on April 2, 2011. The plan was to install the fence beginning the first Monday in June, when I return from Florida. I returned the Friday before that Monday to find my family room completely flooded. I had to call Mark to hold off the installation until we got to the cause of the flood problem. Which involved digging up pipe in the backyard. Thru that whole process Mark stayed in touch. It wasn't until this past Friday, June 24, 2011, that the work was done in the backyard. And Mark could now install the fence. During the three week set back, Mark was very patient, understanding, and willing to help in any way that he could. Mark, in my opinion, exemplifies the perfect member of Angie's List. He is knowledgeable, patient, honest, hardworking, and kind. He takes extreme pride in his company, and what it stands for in the market place. I have all ready verbally recommended Mark to a few people. And I will continue to do so when asked.

Mark gave us our first estimate out of three. He was very professional and candid with his description of what had to be done. We chose him because he was more reasonable than the other estimates and because we trusted him more. There were some complications with some trees that had grown into the old fence. He cooperated with the tree surgeon to remove the fence so that they could trim the trees. He kept us informed on the schedule for the receipt of the fencing and when he could work around the winter weather. He did the job himself and dealt with the problems of the neighboring fences. Mark was always very courteous and professional. We are very happy with the results.

The workers arrived on time and did a professional, timely manner. The clean-up was superb and the new fence they installed is a piece of art! Easily exceeded our expectations.

I called on a saturday and left a message that i was interested in an estimate. he called me back monday and said they would be out tuesday or wednesday for an estimate. So far so good but then i never heard back from them. It's been a couple of months now. Tried calling twice and left messages but no one responed to my calls.

Mark and his team did an EXCELLENT job and his price was spot on. I went with them because of their approach - installing / cementing the posts at the same time as the panels. This allowed them to make adjustments as they worked and they were done in 2-3 days! Fence looks great and I have had loads of compliments from neighbors.

They removed the old fence and posts and set all the new posts in cement . When the cement was set they put up the new fence . The only things I can say about them are all good and I would would recommend them to anyone .
