All Mark Fence

The fence looks fabulous. Mark was very professional, easy to talk with, patient when was we asked question upon question with detailed responses. Take down and posts we're in a day. Fence was up in a 2nd day. The only negative was the start date was a bit delayed - but that mostly due to weather. Out of three estimates and interviews , Mark was the person we felt was most competent of the three and it happened to be that his pricing was also the best. We'd definitely recommend All-Mark Fence to our friends and family

Mark, initially said this was a 2 day job but, him and his helper did it in 1 day. I love the look of the fence and I would recommend Mark to anyone.

Contacted Mark to schedule an estimate, he did not show, when contacted he said he was not aware that we had actually scheduled an appointment. I asked for another appointment. He came when we were not home and left an estimate. We wanted 3 gates and we have a 5 foot swale, he was not aware of our needs as he did not ask. I contacted him to request a meeting to discuss the estimate and asked that he contact me. I never heard back from him, this was April 23, 2017.

I left a voice message 10 days ago. Two subsequent phone calls have been unable to even reach their voice mail.

Mark installed the fence while I was on vacation and when I got back it was all done. Very professional and excellent work.

He was very prompt and came on time every time even came early to finish the chain link fence gate that was being welded on a saturday. He did a fantastic job highly rated A+ in my book. Thanks Mark

The installation of the fence went very well. Even prior to the start of installation Mark was helpful in helping us figuring out fence type and gate placement to meet our needs. Mark started the fence installation on Monday and was finished up by the end of the week (even with heavy rains that delayed some work hours). Mark was there the entire time during installation. The other workers that helped Mark were always respectful. Overall our experience with All Mark Fence met our expectations and we would use them again and recommend to our friends and family.

Not the cheapest around but certainly the best in my book and worth it! Mark put in my original fence and just repaired/replaced sections damaged when a neighbors tree fell on it from recent windstorm. Came within two weeks of the bid (weather was lousy for one whole week) even when he was super busy with other larger projects.

It looks very good. A very professional installation. Mark was very polite and friendly .All in all we are very happy to see the old broken down wood fence removed from our property. Now we have a very attractive black chain link fence !!!!

We thought that they did a great job and their price was more than fair. The price is excellent. The other estimate that we had, the fellow just saw the paper. We said we got one estimate and that we were going to discuss it would let him know and he just looked at the paper and said "I could never do it for that. I don't know how he's doing that. I'll just tell you, I can't make that price". It was very fair, we thought. We had to wait. There was a delay. I don't remember exactly what happened, but we had to wait two weeks to a month. There was a delay and I wasn't real thrilled with that. He's a very honest guy. He struck us a being very honest, good price, and good work.

Went well. Fence was installed quickly. Best price in Cuyahoga and Lorain County (least expensive) and with that quality installation.

Very responsive to phone calls and texts. Replaced and repaired fence within 1 week.

Mark did an excellent job of matching and extending the existing fence. He responded quickly, his materials are top quality, and he is a talented fence builder. He will always be our first choice when it comes to fences.

He set up an appointment after multiple calls to him then never Showed up for estimate nor returned subsequent call to him.

Requested quote in June via Angie's List, and, as of mid-September, I still have not had a response.

It went really good. Mark installed the posts on a Monday and the same Friday he nailed up the rest of the fence. A big plus was we live in Strongsville and he worked with the city to get our Building Permit. Strongsville is one of the hardest cities in the area to get permits and the one company that also gave a decent bid said you are on your own to get the permit. Mark also returned all of my calls very promptly. Fence was installed 2 months ago and seems real solid. I highly recommend Mark.

I had called a local fence company the owner really did not want the job he said he would do what I described on the phone for 1100.00 but refused to come out to see project said it wasn't worth his time to make more than one trip, i located all mark fence in Angie's list called Mark, he returned my call in 15 minutes and stopped the same day to inspect fence. Mark quoted me a price of 750.00 and I gave go ahead. Weather did not cooperate to do job and I called Mark explaining that I had to be out of town for a week. Mark handled job while we were away work performed perfectly exactly as we had discussed and Mark had no problem meeting with me on my return for payment. I highly recommend Mark and his company All-Mark fence for any size project excellent work and fair price.

As a first-time homeowner and a woman, I am always concerned with being ripped off when it comes to services around my house. Mark was incredibly open and honest with me when I was trying to explain why I needed the fence (hyperactive new puppy!) and what kind of fence I'd been looking at. The backyard had some challenging landscaping/ground cover and Mark didn't charge extra for the clear out. I did have to clear what was cut from the backyard and take it to the curb but I knew that going into the project. It was also refreshing that the person who came and gave the estimate was also the person who did the work. Both my puppy and I are very happy with the fence and would recommend All Mark Fence.

Mark was very good and the job looks great. I got 3-quotes from Angie's list, one being from Mark, and he used the CertainTeed material that the other two vendors wanted an up charge for. The first provider's estimate was double the cost that Mark quoted me and was using inferior materials. The second provider's estimate was about 30% more than the cost Mark quoted me and was also using inferior materials. Yes, Mark was the cheaper of the three providers and used the materials that are considered "the best stuff on the market". Nothing against either provider, but just do some research on your own on the Internet so you get an idea of what should be involved in this type of job, or any job or project. Neither one of the providers spent too much time going into detail about what was involved and what to expect. Their sentiment is essentially "It's a fence"...what do you want me to tell you? So do some homework on your own as this seems to be the way things are nowadays.North

He did not show to an appointment for an estimate at 8:30 this morning. I drove 16 miles to the place we needed the estimate and waited 1 hour. He did not call to cancel and did not answer my phone calls to him. He later texted that had something more important to do. Apparently he didn't feel it was necessary to cancel his appointments. I had specifically asked when I spoke to him for him to call me when he was on his way. He said no, he was always prompt and would be there at 8:30 a.m.
