It went very well!
Description of Work: Mark did a beautiful job creating a large fenced area in our back yard for our new puppy. He listened carefully to what we wanted and did the work promptly. He communicated well to let us know when he would be here and was very dependable in arriving on time. That week you called my wife and I were planning a HS Graduation party at my house with over 200 people, sorry if I wasn't able get back to you, most people don't want to be bothered on the Holiday weekend either. Description of Work: My neighbor's tree fell on my chain link fence and smashed one section which needed to be replaced. Mark came right out and gave me an estimate then returned after Christmas to do the repair. I was very happy with the work and with the price.

Description of Work: No work was performed. I contacted Mark Dempsey on 7/18/15. He texted me back to Say he will call me Monday 7/20 to discuss a privacy fence. He did call and he said he will stop by Thursday or Friday of that week. I asked him to call me the day of arrival because I want to be home. He never called, texted, showed up. I texted him Saturday to let him know his unprofessionalism and he never responded with a phone call or text. Very bad business.

Description of Work: Work done promptly. Expensive. Did not run a string line to maintain level top-line of fence. |They moved one side of my backyard fence to fix placement on a job that was totally botched by a very unethical company called Budget Fence. Please NEVER use Budget Fence for any job!!!!!

Description of Work: HAD FENCE DAMAGE DUE TO HURRICANE SANDY. NEEDED 2/3 OF BACK YARD WOOD FENCE REPLACED. MARK CAME OUT LOOKED AT JOB OFFERED CHOICES AND SUGGESTIONS AND GAVE ESTIMATE. GOT ESTIMATE FROM ANOTHER COMPANY AS WELL. DECIDED TO GO WITH MARK. HE REARRANGED HIS JOB SCHEDULE SO HE COULD GET MY JOB STARTED WHILE WEATHER WAS STILL COOPERATING. HE PUT IN FOOTERS BEFORE WEATHER GOT TOO COLD AND SAID HE WOULD FINISH JOB AS WEATHER PERMITTED. AS SOON AS WEATHER WAS GOING TO BE NICE FOR A COUPLE OF DAYS MARK CALLED AND SAID HE WOULD FINISH JOB. HE CAME ON A SATURDAY MORNING AND BUILT THE FENCE RIGHT THERE. NO PREFABBED PANELS! ALL HAND BUILT IN 1 DAY,GATE INCLUDED. I WAS NOT HOME HAD TO GO OUT OF TOWN FOR DEATH IN FAMILY AND WHEN I CAME HOME I COULD NOT BELIEVE HOW BEAUTIFUL MY NEW FENCE WAS. I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE RESULTS. MARK DID AN AWESOME JOB AND IF OR WHEN I NEED ANY MORE FENCE WORK DONE I HAVE NO DOUBT THAT I WILL RETURN TO ALL MARK FENCE.

EXCELLENT WORK WITH EVERYTHING, VERY PRECISE. ALSO PAID ADDITIONAL VISIT TO RE-ALIGN GATE ONCE IT SETTLED. THERE'S A REASON HE'S SO HIGHLY RATED, IT'S SOME OF THE NICEST LOOKING FENCE WORK I'VE SEEN. I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT MARK. ONCE HE BUILDS SOMETHING FOR YOU, HE TAKES GREAT PRIDE IN KEEPING IT RIGHT.
Description of Work: DISMANTLED AND REMOVED CHAIN LINK FENCE AND INSTALLED BOARD ON BOARD FENCE. MARK SUBSEQUENTLY CAME OUT AND INSPECTED AND REPLACED 4 BROKEN BOARDS IN THE MIDDLE OF WINTER. (NEIGHBOR HIRED SOMEONE TO TAKE DOWN HIS TREES, IF I KNEW WHO I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM. THEY WERE NOT CAREFUL AND DAMAGED SOME OF THE WOOD ON OUR LESS-THAN-YEAR-OLD FENCE.)

GIVEN THE HIGH RATING THAT THIS COMPANY HAS RECEIVED IN THE PAST, THE LACK OF RESPONSE WAS SURPRISING AND VERY OFF-PUTTING.

MARK DEMPSEY DID A TERRIFIC JOB. THE FENCE IS STURDY AND BEAUTIFUL. AFTER WE MENTIONED THAT THE LATCHES PROVIDED ON THE GATES MIGHT BE A HAZARD TO OUR CHILDREN (THEY PROTRUDED AT EYE-LEVEL), MR. DEMPSEY RETURNED LATER THAT DAY TO REPLACE THE LATCHES (AFTER BEING PAID IN FULL!). WE WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND HIS COMPANY.
