All Mark Fence

I called Mark, and he immediately came out to give me an estimate. Having had a picket fence installed by him in April '07, I was positive I wanted him to install the privacy fence. This work is exceptional. I love the fence. He is very prompt to respond to questions. I highly recommend him.

Mark was prompt with the estimate, talked me out of a more expensive option based on cosmetics, and installed a great looking sturdy fence. I am very pleased with his work. He communicated at every step of the way. We put our deposit down in February and waited for the snow to melt. Three days before a warm up he was calling to schedule the work. Great value and great work. I would recommend Mark to anyone.

Mark arrived early every day and completed the job 2 days earlier then expected. He was very clean and respectful of my lawn. He hauled away all the material and cleaned eveything. I was very happy and the fence looks great and solid as a rock.

Mark was prompt and professional. We wanted the fence up ASAP due to a new dog in our family and he was able to install within a week. On the day of the installation, it was pouring rain, but Mark managed to get the job done.

The entire process went very well. The contractor always called ahead of time, came and did the work, and then made sure the work site was tidy when he left. I called and emailed him with some questions during the process and he was always prompt in responding to my questions.

He came on time, did what he said he was going to do, and the price was fair. The fence looks beautiful.

We were very pleased with all aspects of working with All-Mark Fence - from the estimate to the clean up. Mark was especially helpful in suggesting an alternative gate closing to make it extra safe for our dog. In fact, with our recommendation our next door neighbors also had Mark install a fence for their backyard. The price was fair and the quality of work excellent.

He was the first one to respond to my calls to the fencing companies. He had the type of fence that I wanted and I thought that the price was fair. He listened to what I wanted and did the work that I asked. I am going to have him do more fencing next year.

While this company gets good reviews on Angie's List, I would have to disagree. I have called this company a couple of times over the course of the past year. The first time an appointment was made to come out for a quote and no one showed up. This year I e-mailed and called and never got the courtesy of a response. While this company may do good work when they do it, it appears to me they pick and choose who they consider worthy of their services. If a company considers themselves to be professional then they should conduct themselves that way regarding getting back to a potential customer. All-Mark Fence Co. was the only company that never bothered to return my communications.

Mark completed the job on time and on budget. I highly recommend him.

We agreed on two general times to look at the work (eg Friday and if not Friday then Monday). Either day we were to meet at whichever time was more convenient for Mark. If he could not make it Friday he was to call and we would firm up a time for Monday. Mark never showed up on Friday. He neither called nor showed up on Monday.

Although we did not go with All Mark, we did get a quote. The company was great about returning phone calls promptly and showing up to give us the quote. The quote was in line with the others we received. We selected another company because it offered a number of fence options.

It didn't. Mark did not call back as promised to schedule an appointment for an estimate.

Mark came out to look at the property in a timely fashion. Never heard from him again. Received no estimate, and no response to email.

I called Mark in late March or early April after we had that run of nice weather for that time of year. I called him on a Monday and he called me back 2 days later (I usually give a company 7 days to call me back or I find someone else) and he came out the following day in the AM. (I want to say that for anyone who may not use him because he did not call you back in a day, BE PATIENT. Remember he is only human and he is the best around so be patient. Remember good things come to those who wait. He measured the yard and I showed him a fence I liked that I found on the Internet. He got me the EXACT fence I wanted. It took about 3-1/2 weeks for the fence to come in. He called me a few days in advance to let me know he was ready to start the fence. He arrived on time and so did his delivery man. He worked very hard in the heat. It took about 3 days to put it up. He would drill the post holes, cement them in and then come back the next day to put up the fence panel. The yard looks beautifu

Mark was contacted and gave an estimate two days later and the contract was signed that day. Due to other commitments, the work was done a few weeks later. Mark removed the old fencing and installed the posts surrounding the property. One week later, the fence along with the gate was installed. Mark, along with his associates, were very pleasant and answered all questions. They were very professional and we are extremely satisfied with the results. The new fence is VERY high quality, looks great, and is very safe for my horses. The work was completed in the agreed upon time frame. No subcontractors were used. Mark and his crew built this fence and Mark was on site 100% of the time. This was a very professional operation, and Mark and his crew could not have been nicer to me or more considerate to the horses. This was a wonderful experience.
