+ -1 moreI worked long hours. Driving from Cleveland to cincinati. Worked 14 hr shifts. For over a month. Kept getting pushed on and on for my payments. This company is a scam. It is unprofessional. And uses people. To scan them of them money. Using poorly made granite with cracks. Installing it improperly and wouldn't allow me to do it correctly. Using the wrong materials. Using guns in trades for the granite to be cut. Owes me money. Which they can now keep. I will make sure this company is shut down so they can't use and scam anyone else again. + -1 moreOwnership is a joke. Place does not back up their work and it seems to blame customers for their screw ups. Pay the extra few bucks if needed, they are untimely, disorganized and it starts from the top down. They are nice until there is an issue, whether it's time or their product and work. Specifically Angelo the owner. Do not make the mistake to use them, all countertops will eventually look nice, but don't risk having an issue that they WILL NOT fix. Countertop cuts are all off measurement, and we already paid them. Too late to try and back out after they won't stand by their work. Do not use them!

+ 0 moreDid not let them finish the job. Stay away from this company. They are unprofessional in every sense of the word! First negative review we have ever left after fixing up 13 houses! That says it all.
Description of Work: Granite counter top. Had the piece in the dining area installed. The kitchen wasn't measured correctly. After being promised on Friday that they would return Monday with the right measurements, I was instead called and told it was my fault he measured wrong. Hmm. We replaced the exact counter top that was there so that's odd. After hearing nothing more all day my husband left a message to just keep our deposit and disappear. He got a call from the owner yelling at him and telling him he was harassing him employees. Hahaha. One phone call in the morning asking her what was going on and another in the evening ending the deal. That's harassment. No, harassment is calling a customer a liar and then yelling at them.
