We found Mack Plumbing after our usual company wouldn't replace a gas appliance hookup line, or install a garbage disposal we had purchased on our own. Our plumber was there right at the start of our scheduled appointment time, talked us through any potential issues or alterations to quoted price, and was professional throughout. I highly recommend Mack Plumbing for home plumbing issues, and we will certainly use them again in the future.

Chris responded right away and provided an estimate and suggestions on the gas line installation. Tom did a great job on the installation. I would highly recommend them.

I contacted Mack Plumbing to help with a new bathroom project. (Utility room converted into an extra bathroom.) They responded quickly to give us an estimate, and the pricing was reasonable, so we hired them. The job was scheduled within a week, and professionally finished by Brent & Tom. We are satisfied and will definitely use them again.

If I could rate the customer service higher than 5 stars, I would. Brent came out to install some new ball valve shut offs on my gas lines in predation for a new stove. During the process, we discovered a missing igniter on my water heater. Because the gas was off, there was no safe way to re-light the pilot. Brent sat on hold and searched high and low for an igniter for my water heater. Once he found one, he communicated with me over the weekend to keep me in the loop. The best part...once the part arrived he squeezed me into his schedule so that I wasnâ t without hot water for any longer. Brent deserves a raise. Incredible guy, incredible customer service. Iâ ll be using Mack Plumbing for all of my water and gas needs in the future.

Very reasonably priced and professional. We did not have all the correct items for our new bathroom. Mack did as much work as he could and then called the store to ensure items were available for us to purchase. He made a second trip on a one day job. I have already had them do work on rental property, adopted them as our plumber and referred them to my son who just purchased a house and need some plumbing work.

Very reasonably priced. Very professional servicemen who did a beautiful job in my home. Replaced bathtub faucet (converted 3 handle faucet to single-handle faucet) in very tight space. Love how there was no damage to my bathtub tiles. Also installed exhaust fan. Very easy dealing with every person (Donna in the office, Chris the estimator, Brent the plumber and the electricians). If need arises, will definitely hire them again!
