overall a good experience. I do wish the plumber would have brought some water-absorbing mats or rags, or a wet vac, as there was quite a lot of water spillage. I used home towels etc to sop it up which caused quite a mess. Bu the heater is great and works like a charm.

Clogged drain in the basement. Contacted Mack Plumbing on Sunday and they came out the next day. He said it was the sewer drain and completed the job. The price was what he quoted and was a very reasonable price. I will definitely use them again and will refer to friends and family.

Reasonably priced and aside from a miscommunication with an electrician as to when to be here, everything was as promised. My neighbor asked for an estimate while they were here and she had pretty much the same thing done as we did the following week. I would recommend these guys to anyone and I NEVER give 5 star ratings!

Trey was professional and honest. He answered my questions without sounding condescending. He worked quickly and did a great job. I'm having him come back to do some more work in June. Scheduling is easy, and it's so nice that they can give me an appointment "window" so I don't have to take the whole day off work, waiting for them to call.

The Mack Plumbing rep arrived as scheduled (not something you can always count on among home improvement vendors). He completed multiple plumbing tasks including some beyond the original scope of the work quoted. He was friendly, professional, did good work and overall was very helpful. I've already recommended Mack to others.

Called cause I broke the handle off the main water pipe coming into the house. Company came out right away and did an awesome job. Would definitely recommend.

I was quoted $150 for 1-2 hrs of work, when the plumber showed up he said it would be $400 instead, having us over a barrel we had to have the work done, it took 2.5 hrs.

The company received my request for service and expedited the process without delay with a job well done. Good plumbers are hard to find. We had called several others. They left us hanging. I will definitely keep this company on my contact list for any future plumbing needs for my home and business.

Came the same day fixed at a great price

They were fast with getting someone to come look at my furnace and gas line, he quoted me a price and then the guy to do the work came a little earlier than the time range I was told and I'm grateful for that because during these winter months possible gas leaks and no heat is a solid No. But Mack was able to get me going again, they identified all the problems and got my home fixed right up.

I had a leaking kitchen sink and they were able to come out the same day and take care of it. Technician (Tommy) was very friendly and efficient. I was pleased with the quality of the work, and the price was reasonable.
