Westlake Floor Covering

The bedroom floor took all day -- 7 hours, and the kitchen/dining room took about 8 hours. There were 2 guys that worked on the flooring. We took our time, shopped around, and my wife and I are both happy with the final product.

Westlake Flooring started with helping me pick out the correct materials for my needs with this handicapped bath, and when they were finished it is a showplace to put it mildly. It might be handicapped, but would thrill any prospective future buyer as to the class this bath has. It is simply beautifully done. Each problem they found they handled with their totally amazing professional background so that you would think they were working in a new house, instead of one with many wall, floor and structural problems. 5 star job.

Westlake Floors performed the tear out, coordinated the measuring and installation of the counter top, sink, disposal and faucet. They are very professional, honest and perform fantastic work. Their attention to detail was amazing. They kept us informed about the status of our order and delivered and installed the work when they said they would. We were very pleased with both the result and the service. I made many trips before hand to take home large samples of possible floors and they were very helpful with that. They showed up on time and were careful and precise about laying out and installation. The floor has worn well and we were very pleased with the result.

It went quite well. The quotation did not include any gray areas and the installation provided no surprises. These folks were not the lowest price but we liked their approach to the quote, their patience as we worked through the selection of colors, etc., and their demeanor on the job. THIS COMPANY REPLACED MY FLOOR AT THEIR OWN EXPENSE AFTER THE CONGOLEUM CO. WENT BACK ON THEIR WORD.
