They are excellent. They are responsive to any concerns. They do a good job at installation. I can now turn my heat up/down in my house from my smart phone or from anywhere I can get internet access, which benefits me because I do travel often.They are a smaller company, but they are top notch. They offer great value for the money. After doing some research I found them to have the best rates.

Mr. Saliba (President of Web Surveillance) oversaw a project that went smoothly and quickly. I got estimates and layouts from several companies before deciding to go with Web Surveillance. While they were not the lowest price, they certainly provided a good value for the money. I am pleased with the price I paid as well as the work that was performed. One of the most helpful items that was provided was a computerized layout showing the viewing angles of the various cameras. Since I had no idea of the viewing angles of any camera, this layout was extremely important in allowing me to see what was actually going to be covered. This company did great work at a good price. You should feel comfortable in selecting them for your surveillance project. At the very least you should include them in any estimates that you request for surveillance work.

They did an excellent job. Neat, prompt, polite, professional. Installation in 1 afternoon, good training, left us a manual, always available by cell phone for questions.
