The entire process from shopping, sales, measuring and installation was fantastic. This family and the team are professional, thorough, pay attention to details, and treat your project as if it were for their own home. I highly recommend them and will work with them again in the future.

I have a large area rug that they had made for me. They take one of your carpets and bind it. It was too big after we got rid of our dog so they cut it down for me. They said that it would be done in seven days and it took, like, fourteen days because the guy was backed up. It wasn't them, I guess whoever had them sent out. You buy normal carpeting and you bind around the edges so its doesn't fray. It was too large for the room so they cut it down for me. They cut two sides to make it fit.

Waxman's was close by and prior house owner used as well. They have great carpet selection, we chose a soft nylon with premium pad and very pleased thus far. They weren't very helpful in choosing however, in fact, we were labeled as "fussy" because we asked for carpet specs and took home samples twice? We're in our 40s and this was our 4th home, so it's not like we were first time home buyers and seen too much HGTV asking for "turn key turn key" or something. Our sales rep was responsive and put a nice touch on things with hand written thank you letters.

They were very good. To me, the installation stood out the most. It is a very difficult job because I observed it and they did a super job. The quality of work was very good. We would consider using them again in the future. It was not our first time using them. We have purchased carpet from them in the past where they would cut it and bind it, not a wall to wall but just a movable carpet in the room. So, it was not our first experience with them.

The Good: They were nice and courteous when I purchased the carpeting and were able to come through on a time crunch. The Bad: Their installers left carpet scraps and shavings all over the house and did not vacuum. About a year and a half later I have carpet coming up in the hallway and they refused to fix it due to a 1 year labor warranty. They offered to cut the service fee in half ($75) but I don't believe that is good enough. The carpeting should not be coming up after only 1.5 years. My mothers carpeting purchased at Lowes is absolutely fine after 5+ years and was a lot cheaper, I would just go to Lowes for my next carpet purchase.

When the provider was notified that the materials would be needed in 2 to 3 weeks - they delayed ordering causing the project to be delayed. Next they informed us they made a mistake in their initial calculations and additional materials will be needed that will increase the agreed price by more than 10%. We declined, and our down payment was returned to us.

Job was scheduled within the tight time frame that I required and done properly as scheduled.

It went very well. The sales person was very kind, if he made a mistake he would quickly rectify the situation. They did a great job of installing and cleaning up. I would recommend them to others.

I picked out two different carpets, and they pieced them together. It came out very well. I was happy with them. They were very helpful. They did what they said they would do. They were fairly priced. The work was done when they said it would be.

My overall experience with them went very well. They gave me the best price and they had really good installation. They took care of it right away for me. I would use them again in the future.

Everything was okay and nothing stood out. They charged $50 to come out and measure. They were expensive. I used a different carpet company because they were too expensive.

After work had been completed to restore the area in the family room effected by the water that entered, I needed to have the existing carpet modified and re-installed. It was not a large area and it was existing carpet, so I was concerned if I would be able to get some one to do the project. I had purchased small pieces of carpet from Waxman's Carpet in the past and they are located in my community, so I contacted them to explain my needs. Their representative came to my house and reviewed my situation and said they can help. We scheduled an appointment for their installer. Their installer arrived as scheduled and put everything back together.--That is putting it very simply--They did an exceptionally Great job reinstalling the existing carpet--doing so around the new tile we had put in. I did not know how it was going to work-out but when it was completed my wife and I were amazed at the outcome. Waxman's did a nice job fitting the carpet around the tile and the final--fit--and--finish made the area look great and beyond our expectations. All areas of carpet were re-tentioned as if nothing had been disrupted. Very-Very well pleased for a very well done job.

Slow. Charged billing before product installed.

They are experienced. Their knowledge of the product and price were reasonable.

Two weeks after I initially picked the carpet and put in the order, I got a call that my "paperwork needed to be redone" because one of the rooms was a foot larger than estimated. I went back to the store to have the paperwork updated. At that point I asked if the carpet had been ordered and was informed that it had not. I waited two more weeks. When I had not heard anything I called the store. My salesperson and I played telephone tag for a day. The last time I called I asked for the salesperson; I was asked if I wanted to leave a message. I said, "no I have left several messages today, I'll just call back tomorrow". At that point the person on the phone called me by name. I said yes. It was my salesperson screening his calls. He said, "good news, we can install your carpet next week". This was a surprise to me since I hadn't received a call to indicate the carpet was in.

They were very knowledgeable sales people. The installer was an expert and they were priced reasonably.

They did a nice job. I worked with Nadine, and she was very helpful, warm and friendly. I was very pleased from the beginning to completion of the job. I highly recommend them to anyone.

He was only one person installing the carpet and he completed the job fairly quickly. Arrived around 11:00 and left by 2:00. The installer did a pretty good job. However, I did see him cut a piece of the metal stripping and a piece fell on the pad. I noticed that he did not pick that up and I figured if the carpet goes on top of that it would possibly cause a problem in the future, a rip, tear or injury. I picked it up and examined other areas to make sure no other metal pieces were left.

We picked out the carpet at the warehouse and the salesman promptly sent out a measurer at our convenience. The measurer brought the sample so we could make sure that it went with our paint. We ordered the carpet and it arrived in a few days (faster than they originally quoted). We had a bit of trouble getting the install scheduled due to our work schedule and the installers schedule. As a result, we played a bit of phone tag with the salespeople. However the carpet installer was very friendly and professional. He did an excellent job at the miter cute that was necessary for the landing. He took a lot of care with the job and did not rush it.

A representative of the store quickly and accurately measured a complicated floor layout. We had a good selection of carpet in our price range. The work was all done efficiently.

THE MAN WHO LAID IT WORKED ALL DAY WITHOUT A BREAK, AND THERE WERE A LOT OF TWISTS AND TURNS. THEY EVEN GAVE US A FREE RUG WITH A SNOWMAN ON IT. THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL AND GAVE US A WIDE ARRAY OF CHOICES AND PRICES. THEY GAVE US AN UPGRADED PADDING FOR NO EXTRA CHARGE. THEY WERE VERY PLEASANT TO WORK WITH.

VERY POOR INSTALLATION. OUR NAME BRAND CARPET IS ALREADY WEARING VERY POORLY. I AM VERY UNHAPPY WITH THIS PURCHASE.

THE SALESMAN WOULD NOT GIVE ME THE MEASUREMENTS AFTER THEY CAME OUT FOR THE QUOTE. WE WERE GOING TO BUY FROM THEM, BUT I JUST CUT THEM OFF AFTER THAT COMMENT. THEY WERE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! HE TOLD ME THAT IT COSTS THEM MONEY TO COME OUT AND MEASURE, SO HE WASNT GOING TO GIVE ME THE MEASUREMENTS SO I COULD GO SHOP AROUND. IT WAS A CASH SALE FOR AROUND $8,000.00. WHEN GOING INTO THE WAREHOUSE, THERE IS A TRIPPING HAZARD(A CHANGE IN CONCRETE ELEVATION). THE PARKING IS TERRIBLE!

WORK WAS DONE IN TWO EXPISODES. TOM WYDICK WAS THE SALES PERSON IN BOTH DEALS. JACK WAS THE INSTALLER IN THE FIRST EPISODE, VERY GOOD. HE DID THINGS ABOVE AND BEYOND. RON WAS INSTALLER FOR THE SECOND DEAL. HE IS A PERFECTIONIST. I WOULD RECOMMEND BOTH MEN. IT SURE IS A PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH SOMEONE WHO WILL DO WHAT YOU WANT. TOM THE SALES PERSON WAS COMPETENT AND VERY FRIENDLY!

VERY DUSTY, SAID HE LEFT TAPE MEASURE AT HOUSE, CALLED CONSISTENTLY ASKING FOR IT (CHECKED AND WAS NOT THERE) FINALLY TOLD COMPANY TO STOP CALLING.
