Bill Piar did a througough inspection. He arrived early to inspect the outside of the condo building before I had arrived. He walked me through the outside pointing out all possible areas of concern including balconies and water damage in the garage. Inside he pointed out the hot water tank was beyond it's life expectancy, that the furnace was quetionable, and the electrical box needed some work. He also checked out the electrical outlets, windows, doors, and plumbing. All areas that would be expected to check. When the inspection was over he sat down with me for a half an hour and went through what he found. Writing everything down and fully explaining everything and answering my many questions as I am a first time home buyer. I was also given a thick binder that explained the proper caring and upkeep needed in a home. Along with the life expectancy of appliances and associated costs. I would hire Bill again for my next home inspection.
