After giving us multiple samples to choose from, Tom gave us a very reasonable estimate of both cost and time. He and and one of his contract helpers arrived when promised and scraped all three layers off the kitchen floor (one was a surprise), and then installed a very pretty vinyl floor in my kitchen and down the basement stairs. he also did the baseboards and took extra care to match the wood trim to the existing wood trim in the kitchen. He is also dog friendly, which makes a difference to those of use with pets that also need to be comfortable with the workers coming in and out of the house. I am always happy to support local family businesses and am pleased to say that I would recommend TJB floors to anyone with flooring needs
