Steve always shows up on time and the work is great.

I highly recommend Steve. He is reliable and knows his stuff. I felt absolutely confident in his abilities to take care of my list. In addition he is a really nice guy. Responds to emails and phone messages and is intent upon doing a good job. Caveat: he is busy!

I am happy-now I can plug things in without the plugs falling out of the outlet.

The faucet in the sink was the original faucet (60 yrs old) and he not only had to replace the faucet itself but valves underneath the sink since there were none. He did a nice job.

Everything was great. Responsive to calls/texts. Steve showed up on time and did a good job, exactly what needed to be done. Would call him again for anything else I'd need fixed around the house.

Steve measured and installed the 7" duct. It is straight, tight, well fastened. He came out, gave us a price and performed the work. Awesome.

He did a wonderful job. My opening was not a standard so he had to customize the door to make sure it was a great fit and I could not be happier. I would highly recommend him and will continue to use him in the future.

He camje to my home on tyhe 21st on his way home from worki. Assessed the leak problem, checked water pressure, replaced a light switch and outside porch light for me. On the 22nd he came with the overflow tank, filter for the heating unit and installed both in a very timely and professional manner. He was polite and efficient.

Steve first tried to repair my ceiling fan with the part purchased from the fan company (their suggestion). When it still did not work properly (fan company's fault), Steve returned to install a new one I ordered. Quickly done and no problems since. Steve has been doing handyman work/repairs for me for 5 years now and is always the first person I call for help. If it is something he can't do, he will say so on the phone. He never leaves a job poorly done.

Steve is EXCELLENT and we could not recommend him more highly than to say he does A+ work and is one of the nicest guys you will ever meet. He is always on time, always smiling and always happy to go the extra mile for us. When we think of "handyman jobs," Steve Malinoski is the ONLY name that comes to mind! If you need things done around the house, he is the guy to call. You won't regret it!

Was very responsive, prompt, professional, and cordial. Came back and investigated, without cost, when we thought we smelled gas. Ended up being nothing. Would definitely use him again.

I called Steve after finding him on Angie's List. He was able to fit me into his schedule the day after I called him. He even came after his normal business hours just to accommodate my schedule. He was very careful and made sure that everything was absolutely level. I am very pleased with the work that he did! He is my new handyman for any upcoming jobs I may have.

Steve is very in demand, so you will wait -- but he's worth the wait. He drives a maxi-van equipped as a shop and is prompt, smart and got it all done in half a day. Result: improved airflow in the upper floor bedrooms. We will always call Steve first.

Great! When the project started, Steve kept us informed. He was professional and cleaned up the job site. The house looks great, and he did exactly what he said he would do. He took the time to answer all our questions.

Steve arrived promptly and after asking a few questions on what i wanted completed he went to work right away and worked diligently and without stopping until the task was completed. He checked out my ceiling fan and also installed new lights. I would not hesitate to use him again.

Highly Highly recommend Steve! My hubby is very un-handy, and Steve is on my speed dial now. He has hung curtains, changed out light fixtures, helped with multiple other "honey do list" items that would otherwise never get done. Never makes be feel dumb or that I ask silly questions. Great personality, down to earth, reliable. He has also fixed our furnace and air conditioning unit- super fast and great price.

I contacted the provider by email as requested, but never heard back. Email is not dependable, so I called and left a message and gave my email address in the message. I heard back immediately (by email), but he said I was outside his area. I am waiting for follow up as the work to be done is for my dad who should be inside his work area, while I am not.

Steve had worked at my house before, and he is totally reliable, professional, knowledgeable about everything I've asked him to do and gets it done. The details are above. He crossed everything I wanted done off my list.

I have used the services of Steve's Home Maintenance. The last time I used them was about a couple of years. I know the people very well. I play tennis with Steve and I used to coach with Steve Malinowski who runs Steve's Home Maintenance. When I use them it is kind of an informal thing. I call them, they come over and do the work and I pay them. They do great work. I am just trying to think the last time I did it. Steve Malinowski’s son played baseball with my son. That's how I met those guys. I just hired them like you hire any other contractor. They did great work. I had a problem with some stuff inside the house and outside the house, remodeling things. I was in the process of remodeling the downstairs, we have a lower den, I had torn all of the dry wall off and basically had gotten the room strip down to frames and what not. I found a circuit that wasn't functioning properly from the service panel to the microwave. There were other things we had. Just a whole bunch of those stuff. I knew about Steve so I called him. He came over and helped me trace that circuit and we found a lose wire in the circuit panel and we fixed that. I don't remember all the other stuff that we did. He is very good. He is there when he says he is going to be there. I thought his charges were very fair. I would use him again if I had a reason to. I recommended him and his business to a company that leases office. They have used them for all kinds of things because I see him there every 4 or 5 months. In fact they have stopped me in the parking lot and said thanks for recommending, he is great. It has been a while since we have done that remodel.

If this iisn't a bad first impression, I'm not sure what is. Call someone else who has the courtesy to give you a call back.

We have been using Steve for years. In the past he has installed a banister, cleaned our a/c unit that hadn't been cleaned for a decade, replaced the circuit board on the furnace, removed a drop in oven and reconfigured the kitchen cabinets so we could install a slide in oven. He also put in the range hood and created outlets. The large kitchen job was the first time I used Steve and was very impressed. I feel very comfortable with Steve in the house. He has become a family friend! He has done many other jobs as well, too numerous to list! Replacing the outlet was the most recent time he was here. He has also replaced the inner workings of the toilet and has installed a new faucet in our bathroom. Whatever you need, give Steve a call! Actually, the only reason I have never submitted a review for him before is because I didn't want to share him!

He was prompt and courteous and knowledgeable. We discussed my April Aire system which is a humidifier attached to the furnace and he said when he has time he will come back and check that out for me as well. I am very satisfied with the work completed.
