Very well. He did the cleaning in early June, then waited for a break in the weather (needed several dry days in a row) to do the staining. He masked the metal ballisters, carefully tied back the plantings, and drop-clothed the deck surface in the work area.

Steve is a great guy. He's very pleasant to deal with.

Steves Home Maintance service was called 5/7/2009 , He told me he would come ,and make the repair , on 5/9/2009 about 11:00 AM . He called at 10:45 to let me know that would be at my house in 10 mins. and he was true to his word . I asked him to attach a new dryer exhaust extention to the exhaust that took the dryer exhaust to the out side . He then went beyond that and cleaned out the exhaust to the outside which I hadn't even thought about . The service exceeded my expectations , and i will recomend his services to my condo assocation for any one who needs his service .

He cleaned my gutters and cut back my ivy. Great job and great price.

Steve called ahead to let me know when he was coming. He was very professional and explained exactly what he was going to do before he did it. He was receptive to ideas and was on-time and on-budget.

Steve was very pleasant through the entire process of hiring a handyman. I scheduled an estimate a week before the actual date of service and was pleased with Steve's work ethic and his friendly personality. I am very pleased with my ability to hang clothing in my closet without the fear of another mishap with aluminum rods bending and breaking. The most important thing with the service I received is the installment of weather stripping that provided me with comfort and money saving heating cost and the many ideas that I received during Steve's visit to improve my home maintenance.

He was busy and it took awhile to get the get job started, but once he did start he was done super fast. Steve is indeed knowledgeable and did the job to our satisfaction. It was an added bonus that he was able to match the exact color of Another existing door. He also had to work with limited information as we were off site.

Steve is absolutely great. He is a real "can do" guy. He is creative with solving problems and a good listener. I appreciate all of his patience and help.

He showed up on time. He was very nice and friendly. He returned my phone call right away. His price was very reasonable for the work he did. He got the job done very quickly and efficiently.

At 10:15, Steve was at the door with my new cable and by 10:30 he was finished!

Steve was prompt, looked at the needs, and described solutions and estimated costs. I have had him do other similar jobs, with the same prompt and good natured response. He even called me back one evening to say that If he could come at 8:30 the following morning, he would fix my garage door opener so that I could get my car out. He is willing to work on an old house (1874) and find ways to fix things that one doesn't find in newer homes.

He also fixed a tub and found out that it was a thirty five cent washer that he found out was the problem causing hundreds of dollars of damage. He is really good I give him high marks.

Worked with me over the phone to save me the cost of an initial (otherwise very expensive) trip. I gave make and model information on voicemail and he called back to clarify and troubleshoot even late at night ! Steve showed up early before I went to work, finished ahead of schedule and gave me the best price on all of Angie's list. I will call him to help me with my furnace this fall. Thanks Steve - you're the best !!!

We have had the pleasure of calling STEVE MALINOSKI for SEVERAL jobs that have we needed done on a rental property of ours and in our home as well. He is WONDERFUL! He always on time, and consistently arrives to work with his positive, can do attitude. He is tenacious, and a REAL problem solver. He utilizes creative approaches to unusual problems. No job is ever too hard, or unusual. He is so honest about how to deal with the job, explains the solution in detail, and his rates are absolutely fair. I never hesitate to call him, he helps in emergencies. I have dealt with several 'handymen' even some referred by real estate agents from around the country & others on Angie's List, Steve is by far THE best, most honest, and most pleasant gentleman I have ever hired! He has cleaned and repaired an old furnace, water pipe clogs, installed plumbing, removed old appliances, put up drywall, capped off gas lines, fixed floors, trimmed doors, fixed access walls to tubs, installed hand rails, rebuilt exterior water faucets, installed new exterior lighting, repaired the garbage disposal, installed cabinets, installed sinks, even removed rebar that were sticking up from our garden! He always cleans whatever mess is caused by the work needed to be done. A great guy!

From start to finish, I was very impressed with Steve. Not only did he respond promptly to my phone call, he showed up to do the work within 1 week, fixed the fans beyond my expectation, and the bill was $25 less than the estimate he originally gave me, even though he was at my house for several hours. My kids were amazed when they turned on their fans that night -- they couldn't believe how quiet they were after living with noisy fans for several years. I have already recommended Steve to my husband who needs some work done at his office, and I won't hesitate to recommend him to anyone who needs work done on a ceiling fan.

Fine work for a good price. Very knowledgeable about many different things. Knew exactly what to do and how to do it. Nice man, didn't swear, but high strung. Would rehire and recommend to other Angie's List members.

He is very quick on getting the job done. Anything that I have asked him to do he has done for me. I will definitely use him whenever need.
