Description of Work: Ohio patio pros did a wonderful job and I am absolutely in love with my back yard! We recently moved into our retirement house and had Garrett and crew come out to bring our back yard to life and I could not be happier! We extended the patio and added additional beds. Garrett also helped turn a barren area with standing water into a beautiful rock garden. Something I would have never thought of. I’ll admit I was skeptical at first but am very pleased with the finished product and all draining issues are fixed!! The best part was we didn’t need to break the bank. I will definitely be using these guys with any future projects.

Description of Work: Ohio patio pros and landscaping came highly recommended from a friend and they did a great job. Garrett the owner was very knowledgeable and offered several options on products that best suited our yard. We ended up deciding on pavers and it came out great. They finished the job on schedule and on budget. The big difference was that they re-graded our back yard and power washed after all the work was done. There was much communication throughout the process and I would definitely recommend. It’s a family run business and they did an awesome job!!!

Description of Work: We contracted with this company to do pavers over our existing concrete patio in the backyard. Garrett, the company owner, came out several times to measure. We signed the contract on -7/04/2020 with the specification that the work would begin 08/24/2020. On the evening before the construction was to have begun we received a text from Garrett saying our job was cancelled due to an unspecified "family emergency," His forman did return our 40% cash deposit on that Monday, No reasonable explanation for not performing our job - we are reasonable people who would have been amenable to working with him on another extended due date or renegotiation if he had made an error in his estimate. We H ave no reasonable explanation for his LAST MINUTE REFUSAL to comport with our contract. I must rate this as a total failure and I hope anyone else who contracts with this company goes in with their eyes wide open.

We received numerous quotes and were a bit nervous because Ohio Patio Pros were more affordable than some of the other quotes we got. Not only did they do an amazing job, but they completed the job weeks ahead of when other companies were telling us they could have it done by. The staff was great to work with and I will definitely use them for any future landscaping projects!

+ 0 moreThey arrived when they said they would and worked very diligently. The main reason I hired them was to add soil and seed the back yard. I would have liked the yard to have turned out smoother but it was an extremely windy and slightly snowy day. On the other hand , they did some other little jobs for me while they were here which were much appreciated. Hard working and very reasonably priced
