2 hrs well past my appointment time frame. Atleast they called. They donât know the status of their electricians. This is rediculous. A waste of time.

They were very responsive, their estimate was fair, and they completed the work on the same day. I just wish they did the drywall repair as well for the two holes required to reach the wires. But, overall I am very satisfied with the work and all involved were very polite and courteous.

They were very informative and went over multiple options that would solve my problem. Our technician was prompt and courteous. He worked quickly and kept me updated throughout the process. Very happy with the work done and felt it was a fair price.

First technician assured me the problem was 2 or 3 bad switches. The homeowner was in town and met with another technician from this company. It appears there was absolutely NOTHING wrong with the switches. The homeowner had inadvertently purchased the wrong types of bulbs for these fixtures. She was charged $185 anyway. I will never recommend Mr. Electric to my clients or use their services myself in the future.
