We had Leo come out and do a rewire to a new panel and bring us up to code.

Juan V took such good care of us! I was nearly in tears. I never expected to feel so cared for by a stranger coming to fix our dishwasher! (Scheduling and repair were fast and easy from my side )

They did a really good job.

Nick was great to work with. I got the run around for 3 months from other Electricians, but using Mr Electric meant I could get someone right away. The price was steep, but they do the work on your schedule, so the project is now done.

On time, professional, ethical and gave great advice on future planned projects. Worth every penny. Nice guys too!

Tech was knowledgeable and completed the installation. I did not like that the ceiling by the light fixture now needs a plaster. Mr. electric does not do plaster.

My wife and I have a new construction home. We recently purchased a hot tub and needed to have a 220-line run to it along with the installation of the GFCI. The run for the electric is likely 25 ft and as mentioned, very easy as our main panel is very accessible and it is a straight shot. I contacted Mr. Electric as I would read many of the online reviews and they were quite timely. They got out the same day. This was terrific. Talk about service! They proceeded to tell me that they had another job and it had been canceled so they were already in the area (this should have been a red flag) I had asked for a quote over the phone but was told that & the tech does all that so without much hesitancy, I agree to the quote and I have to tell you- I was shocked. They wanted $2800 to install this 220 run. I figured that they would be in the same ballpark as other contractors, but later that afternoon, I received additional quotes which were for half or less than half of what they charged me. To summarize, they came out, installed the line, and the hot tub runs. Surprise- electric works- but at such an outrageous cost! I could have used any of the other contractors and trust me, I'm not cheap but I do like to be treated fairly. I followed up with the Sales Manager, and was met with some empathy. I was told they were sorry and that they would give me a few hundred off. I have not received a few hundred, nor do I feel that is even a fair compromise for the cost. I said is a 50% premium for Mr. Electric to do the work fairly? Sure, no problem, what I refuse to do is pay in excess of double and feel like I got a deal. After numerous calls back, I am told & we are trying to put some numbers together for you and have not heard back once on this, nor do I now expect to have been over a month ago. I have a whole house generator to install and a full basement to run power to. Believe me when I tell you I will not be using them for those installs, and recommend you do not use them either. I would highly recommend you do your due diligence and get multiple quotes before so cavalierly believing they are giving you a fair (or reasonable) charge for these services.

Electrical work is always pricy, but I believe Brandon did and excellent, clean and reliable job for us -going the extra mile to get the job done.

Provider confirmed appointment ahead. Technician called when they were on their way. Technician was knowledgeable and able to troubleshoot the problem and make repair

Excellent service professional experts

They actually arrived the same day, which was nice. His estimate was $758, which was outrageous. This was to exchange a bathroom fixture in one bathroom, change one light to two sconces in another bathroom, and reposition a wire which required a junction box. I had him only reposition the wire for $158, which means he was charging $700 for three lights. The junction box was not up to code because it is inaccessible.

After rescheduling me several times, I had to tell them I would hire someone else, then they did the job. I had an outlet installed for an air conditioner. It was EXPENSIVE. It seems to be done correctly but wow, the bill.

Service was great,but cost of service was too expensive for installing outlets and the time it took to do the service, was too expensive,especially since I am a senior citizen and on a budget income.
