+ 2 moreTom and his partner, Amanda, were admirable workers. Tom's craftsmanship and attention to detail in his carpentry were exceptional. They were timely, efficient, and skilled. Work was completed when promised and begun within one week of quote. Tom and Amanda's problem solving was a notable sign of many years of experience and patience. I would highly recommend Tom Nowak for large and small home improvements.
Description of Work: Remove old front porch flooring and supports underneath. Raised the porch. Replaced all rotted supports below the porch and reinforced with new lumber. Purchased all lumber, supplies. Assisted with choosing TimberTek new flooring. Delivered materials. Rebuilt portions of support columns. Installed new TimberTek flooring. Lowered Porch. Cut new molding and installed around columns and baseboards. Power-washed entire house. Sprayed 2 coats of paint on aluminum sided house and garage.
