Ken made timely arrangements with our tenant and arrived when he said he would. Our tenant said that he was courteous, took care not to make a mess, cleaned up after himself. She said that he worked continuously and efficiently. From the pictures she sent of the work after he finished, it appeared that he did a good job. He was a little over anxious to receive payment. I had paid a deposit that covered the materials so did not understand why he was so anxious to be paid that day.

Ken returned my call soon after I left a message on his cell phone. He was pleasant and professional. I sent him an email message with a description of the work I wanted done at our rental house. He scheduled a visit with our tenant and sent me an estimate which was very reasonable for the amount of work I wanted done. He asked for $250 down payment for materials. The work took several visits. My tenant said that he and his helpers were very polite, courteous, and cleaned up after themselves. She sent pictures of the completed work and it looked very good to me. He sent a final bill and got a little testy when it took me a week to get his check to him. He said that he would be available for future work or for emergencies if they should arise. I will give him a call when something else needs to be done there.
