Description of Work: Kitchen counters. Overall was not happy with their service. | |We shopped around for stone for a while and had all pricing sent to Jesri. I called Jesri and got all of the estimates. Weeks later I called to schedule an appointment and they had no record of who I was. All of their work is done on paper not computer and apparently they do not keep things. Had to have the stone repriced. Came back at a higher price the second time around! Showed up that weekend to fill out our paperwork and get things going. The only person at the shop (during regular business hours) was a man that didn't speak English. We had to wait while he called someone and then wait for that person to come. After paying for the stone and signing the contract we were told that they would call us when the stone came in (approximately 1 week) and we could come look at it before they cut it. 2 weeks later I called and they said they had the stone but they forgot to call me. My husband and I drove up there at 5:00 to see the stone and the shop was closed, tho the posted business hours said they close at 5:30. Our templating was scheduled for the next day so we never go to see the stone prior to templating. It took me 3 tries to schedule an appointment for templating, I watched as he put the appointment in his iphone. Then day of the appointment he calls and asked if my appointment was the next week. I said no, and if he didn't come that day that it would delay our entire project. He said he would be at my house at 4:00. I left work early to meet him and he did not show until 6:00. Fast forward 2 weeks later when counters are to be installed. Mind you this is after we have a signed contract in place. He says "it took us a very long time to figure out how to get all of your counters out of one slab, so I wanted to ask you what you think the price should be". I said I think we will stick with the contract price, it is not my job to make sure you can get the counters out of one slab, it's yours and you swore up and down you could do it when we signed the contract. What professional company tries to change a contract price AFTER the product is installed? We have also found several flaws in our counters wear the edges were over sanded to create unintentional flat spots, we will live with this. Overall, Jesri was extremely unprofessional and impossible to work with. Nothing but headaches. I will not hire this company again and will not refer anyone to them.

Description of Work: Install granite counter tops in 3 bathrooms.

Description of Work: Counter tops and backslashes and some walls and windowsills replaced with granite.
