Jeff called me back right away and set up an appointment for last Thursday at 5:00 - 5:30pm. But he never showed up and never called me. In fact, that was over a week ago, and I still haven't heard from him. I need the appraisal to settle an estate. I am very upset with the way I was treated. If you're not going to provide the service, don't set up an appointment.
